CONFUSED

Singing has been a hobby of yours for quite some time now but you didn't have the confidence to show everyone about that talent of yours since you thought it was no good. Only your parents and your childhood friend, Asou Takeru, knew about your secret hobby of singing covers of famous songs and posting it on social media but the thing is, you don't show your face, just half of your face or none at all. There were a lot of people who supported you and one of your videos was praised by a famous figure because of your beautiful voice. Asou was the one who pushed you to pursue your little hobby and it made you doubt at first but due to his support, you decided to go for it.

Now, your page has grown to over 3M and that made you happy. You and Aso both went to Seido but he stayed at the dorms while you stayed with your aunt. The both of you would still hangout together but of course, with his training and games, the time you hangout lessened but that didn't stop you from supporting him during his games and he too, supported you. It's funny cause you never expected to fall for him. NEVER. He was your best friend and like a brother too but somewhere along the way, you fell for him. You pondered where and when but it no answer comes to mind. You kept those feelings for almost five years.

"(f/n)!" he called out to you as you were walking down the stairs. You stopped and waited for him. "The game will be on (date). You'll come right?" he smiled as you giggled. "Of course Takeru. When have I been absent during your game?" he grinned and kissed your forehead. "Then I'll see you there! Be sure to cheer for me okay?" he said before jogging back to his friends as you shook your head. Your best friend gave you a grin as you rolled your eyes. "Stop it!" you grumbled as she pokes your side while you both went to the cafeteria. "Why don't you just confess?" she asked as you shrugged. "If you don't, he'll get a girlfriend sooner or later and you're gonna cry." She said while paying for the bread she bought and you sighed, paying for yours too.

"Let's sit over there" she pointed at an empty table near the vending machines and you nodded. As you both sat down, she began to stare at you as you ate your bread. "What?" you asked chewing. "I just think it's a waste." She grumbled. "What is?" rolling her eyes, she flicked your forehead. "Ow! What is it?!" you growled as you rubbed the sore spot. "It's just I'm pretty sure if you confess, he'll accept you wholeheartedly. I mean, you can see it from the way he acts around you." She answered and bit her bread. "He has always been like that (b/f/n). That's why I'm not sure if he'll say yes. I mean, he has always been sweet and caring. Maybe I'm the only one who puts meaning to the way he acts" you murmured as she frowned and flicked your forehead again. "Ouch!!! Stop!!!" you pouted as she grinned. "You're being negative again" you sighed. "Babe you're pretty, smart, talented and not to mention selfless. Who in their right mind, would reject a girl like that?" she said as you giggled.

She only calls me babe when she wants a point to get across me. You thought and nodded. "I'll try but I don't think it's the right time." You finished your bread as she rolled her eyes. "Don't come crying to me if he finds himself a girlfriend because you're being all wishy washy." She grumbled finishing hers too. You nodded and stood up, walking back to your classroom. Asou jogged towards Seki and the gang. "Why not just date her? Right?" Seki said as the group nodded. "I don't want to break our friendship tho" Asou said scratching his cheek. "We've been friends since we were in diapers and it would be weird for me to just confess to her" he answered as Seki furrowed his eyebrows. "But you're affectionate towards her, the forehead kisses, hugs, etc. and you're waaaaay over protective of her" he said as Asou frowned. "No I'm not" the group gave him the 'are you serious?' look and he tilted his head confused.
