Sammie's POV
This morning we we're all playing basketball together. I might be shirt but I can play. Vincent kept on staring at me though, making my face heat up.
"Stop staring." I said throwing the ball at him but instead of it hitting his chest he caught it.
"Nice catch." Derrick said before drinking his water.
"Why were you staring?" I asked and Vincent smirked.
"Your shirt was coming up when you jumped."he said shooting then smirking at me.
I looked away flushed. "Pervert." I said.
After basketball we made our way to the ice skating area. I was skating fast on ice while Derrick and Vincent was scared, hanging onto the wall.
I skated to them. "Why so scared?" I said smirking.
"I would so kick your ass." Vincent said but slipped and fell on his butt.
I laughed and circled around him. "You suck." Derrick said as he went farther away.
"You suck too!" I yell smiling.
"Are you gonna help me or not?" Vincent said and I skated around him.
"I don't knoow." I said smiling.
"Rude."he said pouting with his arms crossed while I laughed.
"Now Vin-" I started to say but he pulled me down and got up.
"Ha."he said about to try to skate away.
I pulled him down by the leg. He fell and our faces were really close.
"Hey not on the ice love birds!"a guy yelled and his friends started laughing.
I helped Vincent and myself up. "Let's go." Vincent said actually skating but then falling on his face at the end.
Derrick was taking his skates off while chatting with Jamie.
"Yeah so those two are gonna be a lot of work."he said.
"Huh?" I said as Vincent and I sat by him.
"Nothing." Derrick said smiling. "Gotta go Jamie."he said.
"Love you Derrick." Jamie said and Derrick's face flushed.
"Love you too."he said and they hung up.
"Awww Derrick is embarrassed." Vincent said as he took of his skates.
"At least I got someone." Derrick said putting his skates up.
"Fuck you." Vincent said and I laughed.

Later that night we planned on playing laser tag. Blue and red we're the two teams.
Vincent's POV
It was a bit dark. The colorful lights were the only thing helping me see. A kid ran up behind me and shot me, well tried.
"I'm on your side du-" I stopped myself from continuing.
"Sorry."the boy said obviously not caring.
"You little brat." I growled and then I was shot and my vest blinked and turned green.
"Ha ha ha."the boy said but then the same thing happened to him.
"Ha ha ha." I said smriking and turned to see who shot us.
But all I saw was a flash of blue eyes. Blue pool eyes I know so well. I grinned. Oh this is gonna be fun.
"Kid what's your name?" I asked.
"Onyx."he said looking me up and down.
"Nice name." I said and he grinned.
"Thanks."he said.
"Okay so we have to work together in order to win." I said.
"But we have to be careful."he said looking around.
"Dad could be anywhere."he said.
"Ah your here with your dad." I said.
"Yeah and my daddy."he said smiling.
Dad and daddy? I smiled big. I could just cuddle him. He was sooo cute. He had two dads. And-
"Onyx!"a guy said running up to us.
"Daddy!" Onyx said smiling and his daddy shushed him.
"Hey." I said when he looked up at me.
He looked a bit young. In his twenties maybe. He stood up and smiled.
"Hey I'm Cadee."he said smiling.
And then his vest blinked and turned green. He blinked and turned and I saw some tall guy.
"Damn it Reed." Cadee hissed. "Don't say what daddy just said."he said quickly looking down at Onyx.
The guy, Reed I guess smirked and ran off. "Your name?"he asked me as Onyx's and my vest turned red again.
"Vincent." I said and he smiled.
"Nice to meet you, any family or friends your with?"he asked as we tiptoed.
"Yeah some friends." I said and by the corner if my eye I saw blue and I shoot. And I scooore!
"Damn it." Sammie said coming out the shadows.
I smirked in victory. "Hi Sammie it's pay back." I said and he rolled his eyes.
"Ah this is your friend." Cadee said.
"Yeah." I said smiling.
"Who's this?" Sammie asked.
"Just a family I met along the way." I said shrugging.
"Ah." Sammie said. "Have you seen Derrick? I don't know which side he's on."he asked.
"Nope." I said.
"Suckers!"we all heard and looked up and saw yellow lights all up there.
I thought their was only two teams. Derrick had a whole army of kids, teens, and a few young adults.
"Any last words?" Derrick asked.
"Fuck you." I said.
"We hate you." Sammie said.
"$hit." Cadee said.
"Why they yellow daddy?" Onyx asked.
"Say hello to our little friends!" Derrick yelled and we tried to run but we all got shot anyway.
"Fuck fuck fuck fuckty fuck fuck fuck." I said moping as we all walked in a group.
"Language." Cadee said covering his son's ears.
"Right sorry." I said.
"We should probably work together, blue and red." Sammie said.
"Your probably right." I said sighing.
"That's if Reed would." Cadee said rolling his eyes.
"Reed? Like Reed the author?" Sammie said stop walking.
"Who now?" I asked.
"I didn't even know who he was when I met him." Cadee said shaking his head.
"He's a great writer. I heard he's writing a new book." Sammie said grinning.
"Yeah he is." Cadee said smiling.
"Any spoliers for me?" Sammie asked.
"Sorry he won't even tell me what it's about. His last book I have no idea was about." Cadee said as he picked up Onyx.
"Oh it was about him falling in love and then having a son." Sammie said and Cadee flushed.
"Oh."he said.
What could happen next? Yes it's been becoming a habit with making other characters come into other stories. And as you can see this is when Onyx was little. Welp peace out guys. Do you guys think I should start on my new books or wait?
