2nd day of Bondita's haldi ceremony(In Tamil Nadu we used to have it for minimum of 3-5 days).
Bondita purposefully delays in getting ready.
Lavanya: Chinnama, you always wish to get scoldings from aachi ma?

Bondita: Punishment will be far better than drenching in turmeric everyday, akka.

Telephone rings.

Vikram's mom: Samandhi, it's me.

Vikram's mom: Okay, let's meet tomorrow in mandap. Only few more hours to go then we both will become relatives.
Sumati smiled and cuts the call.
Guests left the place. Bondita is completely filled with turmeric on her cheeks, hands and feet.
Kalindi: From now till your marriage ritual starts you must not meet your would be husband. Puriyudha??(understood?)
Bondita: What will happen if I see him accidentally?

She said and left the place. By this time, Anirudh and Bihari enters the Das Haveli.
Anirudh is confused on looking at the decorations.

Bondita on hearing, Kalindi's voice runs from there to her room.

Anirudh looks on.

He shouted, Lavanya hears it and comes out of kitchen to look at who has arrived.
