Strolling down the hall at six in the morning was nothing new to Yoongi. In fact, this was part of his before-work rountine. After getting ready, he'd snag the keys off the little hooks nailed to the wall just beside the coat rack and he'd trail down the hallway to door twenty-two and, using one of the few keys strung to his primary set, he'd unlock the door. Inside his neighbor's apartment, it looked the same as ever. Barren. Cold. Basic. Yoongi didn't particularly like his neighbor's style but it was her house, not his, so his opinion didn't matter.

Left out on the counter beside the place Yoongi set his keys every morning was a bag of bunny pellets, a water canister, and a food bowl. Yoongi took the water canister and filled it up at the kitchen sink, then pulled some vegetables from the fridge. Yesterday, he gave the bunny some fruit, so he figured vegetables would be the better option today. Quickly and efficiently, he chopped the vegetables up into smaller pieces and then put everything back in it's rightful place before gathering the three things in his arms. Practice meant he was able to walk all the way to the bunny's cage without spilling anything.

The bunny inside jumped excitedly at seeing Yoongi crouch down. His little nose twitched at the same alarming rate as his fluff ball of a tail.

"Hey little bunny." Yoongi said softly as he cracked open the cage door. The bunny nosed at his hand and Yoongi pet between his large floppy ears. "Missed me, huh?"

The bunny honked and Yoongi couldn't help but smile the smile he reserved for this bunny and this bunny only.

Not very happy that Yoongi pulled his hand away, the bunny sulked inside his cage. But then Yoongi set his bowl of vegetables inside and switched out his nearly empty water canister for the new one full of cool, fresh water. The little brown bunny waited for Yoongi to present a couple small pellets within the palm of his hand like he did every morning.

"Gentle." Yoongi said when the bunny hopped closer and sniffed at the treats. He pat his fuzzy bottom as he nibbled on the pellets.

Yoongi liked this bunny probably more than he should considering he wasn't even the cute thing's owner. Yoongi was only a babysitter of sorts. Just someone to watch him occasionally, and someone who stopped by every morning to check in. His neighbor's work schedule was strange. Yoongi couldn't even guess what she did for a living if he wanted to.  All he knew was that he agreed to take care of her bunny for a few minutes before work if she paid him some cash.

It was a good deal.

She never told Yoongi much about herself, but neither did he. He didn't know why she had a bunny if she was so busy all the time. It didn't make any sense to him. He also didn't even know the bunny's name, let alone how old he is or much about his personality. He did know he was a little energetic and a lot adorable, though.

Yoongi also didn't know if he was a hyrbid. His neighbor never told him that. Yoongi thought it would've been polite to inform him on that, because it's just as important as knowing his diet, but she never said anything. Maybe she didn't know. The only reason she wouldn't know though is if the bunny never turned before her. And if that was the case, then that meant the bunny didn't feel safe or comfortable enough to do so.

Yoongi looked at his watch. He had roughly four minutes before he needed to head out- enough time to get the bunny out and play with him a little.

It's healthy for the bunny to get out of the cage and run around the room. To stretch it's little muscles. Yoongi scooted to the side and beckoned the bunny out, to which he hopped down the small wooden ramp and onto the hardwood floor.
