Karmen: That's exactly what I'm saying.

Jessica: *jumping up* YOU ARE A LIAR AND I'M GONNA HAVE MY NEPHEW ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

Judge: *hitting his gavel* Order. Mr. Crawley control your client.

Crawley: I'm sorry. *pulling Jessica down*

Cruz: No further questions.

Judge: Do you have any more witnesses?

Cruz: I do. I would like to call Rafael Santana III to the stand. Please state your name for the court.

Raf: Rafael Santana III.

Cruz: What is your relationship to Rafael IV?

Raf: He's my son.

Cruz: The plaintiff says you are an abusive person, is this true?

Raf: No I would never lay a hand on a kid or a female. I saw my dad beat my mom everyday and I received multiple beatings from him as well. It would kill me if I found out that my son would go through what I went through.

Cruz: So if you knew that you had a kid would you have left Jamaica?

Raf: I would have came running. My kid is more important then my place of residence. I wanna be the one who teach him how to be a gentleman.

Cruz: No further questions

Judge: Mr Crawley?

Crawley: We rest your honor.

Judge: We are gonna take a thirty minute recess and when we return I will give my verdict.

*Everyone left out and Raf ran into Karmen.*

Raf: Karmen?

Karmen: Hello Rafael. I'm sorry that this is happening. I knew my sister was crazy but I didn't think she would do this.

Raf: Why wait all of this time to tell me I had a kid?

Karmen: I hated Jamaica but you loved it and I couldn't ask you to leave.

Raf: I would have done it for my son. Why give him to me?

Karmen: I'm not ready for a kid and who better to give him to then his daddy?

Raf: Thank you. *hugging her*

Karmen: You are welcome.

Mary: Hey baby, Erica and Cruz is asking for you.

Raf: Ok. Mary this is Karmen. Karmen this is my baby Mary.

Mary: *shaking her hand* Hello.
