Chapter 46 Never Forget

"You look like shit." 

"Geez, thanks, hyung. Tell me something I don't know." Namjoon deadpanned at the older, munching on his custard bread as he stares out the window, watching Jin hanging out with Taehyung. 

"Victoria is starting to spread rumors about you two dating." 

Namjoon had never spun around so fast. "WHAT?! Where did you hear that from?!"

Yoongi pointed at the group of girls gossiping at the end of the hallway and the girls quickly looked away when caught staring, except the one in the middle. Victoria. "It's been going for quite some time now. You better go over there and sort it out with her, or else it reaches Jin." 

"Damn it. Let's hope Jin doesn't hear it." Namjoon growled, marching over to the group of girls. Yoongi followed behind, walking at a normal pace while glancing out the window from time to time. 

The group of girls squealed when Namjoon came closer and stood right in front of Victoria. She smiles brightly at him until it faltered slightly when Yoongi came into view. "Hi there Namjoon-oppa and mint hair ghost!"

Yoongi arched an eyebrow at the nickname, drowning deeply. "Mint-hair ghost?"

Victoria giggles. "You never told me your name. Anyways, Namjoon-oppa, what brings you here?" She batted her eyelashes at him.

Namjoon steps closer and the girls around them started talking in hush voices. "Are you telling the whole school that we're dating?!"

The girls began squealing. 

Victora blushed. "Well....I sort of told some people we went out on a date the other day.."

"It wasn't even a date!"

The girls gasped.

"Namjoon-oppa, you asked me if I wanted to go to the cafe to get to know each other more! " Victoria pouted, crossing her arms. "I was really happy and might have told a few people about it, I'm sorry oppa." 

Namjoon breathes out, pinching his nose. "Victoria, I asked to hang out with you, I never said it was a date. I told you already, I have a lover. What if she hears about it?!" 

The girls let out a chorus of ooh's and Yoongi rolled his eyes. What is this, some K-drama?  

"But we've been spending so much time together, oppa! I'm sorry, I haven't had a date in months and I got carried away." Victora started to tear up and the girls instantly swarm around her. 

Namjoon's eyes bulged and he glances at Yoongi for help, but the shorter male glare at him. "That's your problem, not mine."

He groaned and rush to her side when she cried louder. "Okay okay, I'm sorry. I didn't realize, I'll make it up to you ok? Just please stop crying, people are starting to look!" He begged. 

Victoria sniffs and looks up at Namjoon. "I'll stop crying if you promise to take me on another date!" 

Yoongi sigh. Namjoon really is an idiot.  

"Fine, okay. Just stop crying already, geez." Namjoon ran his fingers through his hair and he found himself engulfed in a hug. "Thank you oppa! It's okay, girls I'm fine now. You can go." 

The group of girls started to protest before Namjoon flashed them his killer smile, telling them that he likes obedient girls and they quickly took off, causing Yoongi to shake his head. 

Victoria didn't hesitate to launch herself onto Namjoon, who tried to pry her off but once he saw the tears again, he stopped. He curses for being so damn weak against the tears. He quickly looked around to see if anyone he knew was around before letting her grab his arm. "So oppa, where will you take me on our next date?
