Chapter 37 Mystery

^^ Ey girl, are you a firefighter? Cause yo body smoking. 

After the horror movie marathon filled with screams, Jin declares that they should all head to bed since they had school tomorrow and already missed a couple of days. Jin had to keep reassuring them that he was fine enough to go back to school, but Namjoon was still worried but he knew they can't skip any more days. Exams were coming close and Jin needed to catch up on his lessons. So does Namjoon, who sigh at the thought of having to go back and encounter Jackson.

Speaking of Jackson, I wonder if he's still mad about this whole ordeal. He still won't tell me why I can't like Jin back. But screw it, I like Jin and I even admit it to him. Damn, I already want to see Jin again even though we just kissed goodbye a few minutes ago. 

His thoughts were disturbed as Jungkook hops into Namjoon's car, the two not saying a word until Jungkook spoke up. "Taehyung told me what happened, about how Jin ended up in the hospital. I can't believe you slept with Taeyeon, hyung. I thought you hated her." Namjoon sigh before running his fingers through his hair. "I got drunk and it happened, Jungkook. Jin forgave me already and that's all that matters. It won't happen again." He meant it, he was going to stay away from her. She was so damn clingy and he didn't know why she kept bothering him. 

Jungkook's eyes linger at Namjoon for a bit, the question he's been wanting to ask at the tip of the tongue. "Hyung."

Namjoon glance at him before his eyes landed back on the road. "What's up Kookie?"

Jungkook gulp, suddenly feeling small. He decided to ask for advice later after figuring out Namjoon's feelings for Jin. "...Do you like Jin-hyung?" 

Namjoon's mouth went dry all of a sudden and he gulped. If someone asked him this a few months ago, he would've laughed in their faces. But now, he found himself nodding, and Jungkook's eyes widen at the response. "Jinja?! Oh hyung! It's about damn time you admit it!" He suddenly giggles at how red his hyung become before he was usher out the car. "Alright child, go to bed now. It's getting late and we need to sleep. I'll see you tomorrow." Jungkook giggles again as unbuckled his seat belt, stepping out of the car. "I knew you liked Jin-hyung! I told you he wasn't that bad of a guy. Give him a chance hyung. And I may be young but even I know when to cast my pride aside for the sake of love," Jungkook said, wiggling his eyebrows at his glaring hyung. 

"Yah go inside already! You'll catch a cold if you stay out here too long," Namjoon lightly scolded, causing a chuckle to erupt from Jungkook. "Yes, appa, I'm going. See you tomorrow!"

Namjoon shakes his head, letting a soft chuckle escape as he drives back to his house. "This kid."

The next day was torture for Jin. Due to the fact that he missed school for a couple of days, he literally had no idea what the hell his math teacher was talking about. He felt a stare on his side and made eye contact with Namjoon, who smirked and winked at him. Jin blushed and gave a little smile back before focusing his attention back to the board. Taehyung groaned silently, fisting his hair lightly as he tries processing the mystery equations into his brain. The bell rang and both boys sigh, dropping their heads onto the desk in unison. They were definitely going to need a tutor for all of this. 

Namjoon chuckle upon seeing the boys and made his way over, with his bag over his shoulder. Checking around to see if anyone is present and finding none other than Taehyung, he ruffles Jin's hair as he sat on top of a desk. 

"What's the matter, Jinnie? You looked so damn lost the entire time in class," Namjoon snickers. Jin pouted as he puts his books into his bags. "I was! I had no idea what the teacher was talking about and I'm gonna fail the exams now because I just don't get it!" "It's okay, Jin. We can fail together," Taehyung piped up, patting his back, earning a smack on the arm from Jin.
