"Jackson! Jackson! Where are you, man?!"

"Wait, Mark. I hear something. Over there, come on!"

Mark and BamBam instantly ran toward the muffled source by the dark alley and sure enough, there was Jackson weeping in the dark. Mark felt his heart break and quickly ran over and held him. "Jackson! Thank god you're okay. We've been searching everywhere for you!"

But Jackson didn't say a word, he couldn't talk through the amount of pain he was in. Mark's hold tightened around him and he glances up at BamBam. "Hey, do you think you could take us home? I know we just met but he and I don't have a ride at the moment."

BamBam nodded. "Sure, man. Anything for a friend! Come on, my car is just around the corner."

"Thanks, man," Mark said, shooting him a grateful smile before lifting Jackson up. Mark had to practically drag Jackson because he wasn't moving his legs at all. Once they seated themselves inside BamBam's car, Jackson eventually fell asleep with Mark holding him.

After BamBam dropped the two boys off, he suggested on staying to help out but Mark insisted that he gets some sleep since it was already 3 in the morning. By the time Mark got Jackson to lay on the couch, he instantly woke up and grabbed Mark's hand. "M-mark? Where are we?"

Mark sat down. "We're at your house. A guy I met was generous enough to take us home. You should get some rest." But Jackson sat up abruptly, burying his face in his hands. "I don't think I'll be able to sleep after what happened. Mark, how could he? I thought he truly loved me and I-I loved h-him s-so much..." Jackson cried, his body shaking. Mark could feel tears welling up in his eyes. It hurts to see him like this. "Jackson, I'm so sorry, bro. I...I knew that he was using you all along."

Jackson snapped his head up, eyes widening. "Y-you knew?....and you didn't bother telling me?!"

"Would you have believed me if I did tell you?" Mark asked softly, still holding Jackson in his arms. Jackson could only lower his gaze before standing up and heading over to the fridge. Mark went to follow him and to his surprise, Jackson brought out a pack of beer and heads back to the couch.

"Jackson, you drink?" Mark asked in disbelief. Jackson grabs one and opens it, chugging half a can before answering. "Nah, I don't. Dong Young-Bae would often bring some over and insist I try it with him. It's just for tonight. I want to forget everything that happened. Come join me, Mark."

Mark hesitantly made his way over before sitting next to Jackson. He watches Jackson chugging a can after another, while he barely sipped his. He quickly grabs hold of Jackson's hands, stopping him from downing his 4th beer. "Hey man, that's enough. I know you want to forget about it all, but this isn't the healthiest option-"

Jackson slammed a fist on the table, his mind getting fuzzy. "I don't give a damn if this isn't the healthiest option. It's the fastest option for me to forget! Just...please let me forget that it all ever happened, man. Please..."Jackson was crying again and Mark pulls him into a back hug, his thoughts sorting out a plan to kill Young-Bae. Jackson didn't deserve this, he did nothing but love the guy only to be played like a damn fool. He's so caught up in his thoughts that he hadn't notice Jackson already finished the 5th beer.

"M-Mark, w-why are you holding onto me s-so tight?" Jackson hiccup, his eyelid half closing.

"S-sorry! Wait, you drank another can?! Aish, this guy. Now you're drunk. Damn it," Mark sigh, watching his friend muttering gibberish words. He glances at the time and it was close to 4 am and decided they both needed some sleep. "Alright, let's get you to bed, you big baby."
