There are petitions made on ideas.lego.com everyday. They range from Jurassic Park to The Flash.
And they have Fire Emblem Lego Ideas!

Basically, if an idea gets 10,00 supporters, it'll go into review with a chance to become a lego.
However, not all ideas make it.
One of them was a Legend of Zelda set. It had the support, but it didn't make it.
