You sat stressing over last minute touches on a project when your boyfriend, Bucky, walked in.

'You're on the couch, blowing up my phone.' He said smirking.

He'd gotten really into country music since getting accustomed to modern life.

'Bucky, why are you quoting Sam Hunt?' You asked.

He ignored you and continued quoting House Party.

'You don't want to come out, but you don't want to be alone.

It don't take but two to have a little soirée'

'Bucky, you know I need to finish this. Why don't you invite Steve over?' You siad turning back to your books.

'If you're in the mood, sit tight right where you are, babe.'

'I'm not in the mood.' You said bluntly.

Bucky walked to the door and turned around before leaving.

'Cause I'll be at your door in ten minutes

Whatever you got on, girl, stay in it 

You ain't gotta leave the house to have a good time

I'mma bring the good time home to you.'

You sighed as he left.

'What a fool.' You said grinning.

After ten minutes you were finished and still waiting for Bucky to come back. You turned on the TV just as the front door crashed open. You snapped your head towards it and saw Bucky and the rest of the Avengers clamber in.

'We'll have a house party, we don't need nobody
Turn your TV off, break that boom-box out
We'll wake up all the neighbours 'til the whole block hates us
And the cops will show up and try to shut us down.' 

Bucky ran up to you and took your hands, spinning you around. Steve turned off the TV as Tony blasted Sam Hunt.

'If you're gonna be a homebody

We're gonna have a house party

We're gonna have a house party.'  Bucky sang along.

You smirked at the sight in front of you. By the end of the night House Party was on repeat so much that Tony named it the official mission home coming song. 

'You're such a loser.' You said to Bucky with a smirk.

'But I'm your idiot.' He said kissing you softly.

And that was the story of how you and the rest of the Avengers got arrested for having a house party.
