As per used later on in the book, Random character names would be introduced, with no respect to reality where all the plots and the settings will be entirely fictional. It so followed because I felt like leaving that place out for the name of a respective reader made me feel as if something was missing way more than just the name of a character. So henceforth, the characters introduced will be entirely fictional with fictional backgrounds and fiction insecurities or fictional problems according to the one-shot/short-story in question.

If, any events in the book correspond to any event occuring in the world as of present or past is entirely coincidental, or taking into account that this book is actually entirely based of the life of a particular person, events/occasions from Kendall's life will definitely be mentioned, and the plots will be dramatically extended versions of the actual event/occasion.
