January 4, 2014.

It was the day my best friends Carlos and Alexa were going to get married. I was one of the Bride’s Maids with my boyfriend, Kendall, as one of the many Groom’s Men.

The wedding was in an hour and Mackenzie and I were helping Lex get ready. She looked absolutely stunning in her wedding dress. Mac fixed the veil and I handed her the bouquet of white roses and lilies. She looked into the mirror one last time before giving us a radiant smile before we followed her outside.

-Towards The End-

“Do you, Carlos Roberto Pena Junior, take thee Alexa Ellesse Vega as your lawfully wedded wife?”

“I do.”

“And do you, Alexa Ellesse Vega, take thee, Carlos Roberto Pena Junior, as your lawfully wedded husband?”

“I do!”

“The rings, please.”

Both of them slipped the rings on each other’s fingers, as they smiled, ear-to-ear.

“I now pronounce you husband and wife. Carlos, you may kiss the bride.”

Everybody awed as they welcomed Mr. and Mrs. PenaVega.

Then the bouquet was to be thrown, but Carlos thought it would be fun if the guys fought for it, and after a few minutes, resulting in a few fallen men and a Kevin who was still laughing shakily after the jump…or cartwheel. Whatever he had done. Desperate idiot.

I leaned against Kendall’s tall frame as we watched Lex and Los dance their way across the floor, and before I knew it, warm tears were flowing down my face, ruining my make-up, and Ken was wiping them off. I smiled as he intertwined our fingers and led me away from the whole party.

When we were at a quite a distance from the other, but could still hear them all, he put his hand on my waist. I giggled as I out mine around his neck and we began to sway to the soft music.

I peaked over Kendall’s shoulder, before crumbling into awe once again at the face of the new couple. “I’m a Carlexa shipper forever, I swear those two are so in love.” I whispered to him. All he did was hum in response. I looked back at him. His green eyes looking back into my (Y/EC) ones. His perfect lips were smiling gently; his dimples showing. I smiled back as he came closer, and captured my lips in a soft kiss.

He pulled away after a few, and rested his forehead on my own, smiling again.

“The ain’t the only ones in love, babe.”
