I'm standing here at Shana's house with my jaw on the floor. She told me her wedding might be off and I hope it's not. Them two are made for each other just like me and Cyn. She was in tears and CC woke up looking at her crazy.
Erica: What happened Sha and don't lie?
Shana: We was at the store and I had CC with me. While I was walking down the isle it felt like somebody was following me. When I turned around it was my ex Rochelle. She kissed me but I kept trying to push her off. Des walked to the isle we was on and went off. When we got home she started yelling and I kept telling her that I didn't want her and she kissed me but she wasn't having it. *crying* She took off her ring and handed it to me. She grabbed the kids but CC was crying for me so she gave her to me and left.
Erica: Damn son. Where did she go?
Shana: Her mom house.
Erica: Then what the fuck are you waiting for?
Shana: What am I suppose to say?
Erica: You speak from your heart.
Shana: Ok I'm gonna go. Thanks E.
Erica: No problem.

Since Des took the car Erica dropped us off at Des mom house. When we got there Cyn truck was in the driveway. I have a feeling that Des called her crying. I sat in the car for a while contemplating what I'm gonna say. Erica looked at me and told me to speak from my heart so that's what I'm gonna do. I grabbed my baby girl and walked in door. Des mother, Karolyn, looked at me and held her arms open. I walked to her and hugged her tight while still carrying CC.
Karolyn: Its ok sweetheart. It will all work out.
Shana: *voice breaking* She can't leave me Ma.
Karolyn: She's not mija she's just a little upset and confused.
Shana: I am too cause she's wouldn't even believe me. I love her too much to hurt her. The look she had on her face broke me into a million pieces.
Karolyn: I know sweetie now go talk to her and make it better.
Shana: I don't think she wants me anymore. I just want her to know I love her and to say goodbye.
Des: I will always love you and want you. Also there is no need for goodbyes cause I'm not going anywhere.
Shana: *looking up* Baby?!

After the big blow up with Shana I had to go cool off before I do something I would regret. I wasn't gonna leave her, giving her the ring was just to make her break the same way I broke. I called Cyn and she came right over. I didn't know she had the kids cause if I did I would've told her never mind but my best friend is always here in my time of need. I told her what happened and she made me see my faults as well as Shana's. I now understand what I did wrong and I have to fix it before it won't be fixable. As I was coming down the steps I heard Shana talking to my mom and it made me cry to know I broke her that bad. To tell you the truth I love Shana with everything I have in me. She's my first everything. My first love, the first woman I've ever been with, the first one I have had kids with and she the first and last one I'm gonna marry.
Shana: I don't think she wants me anymore. I just want her to know I love her and to say goodbye.

Shana: *looking up* Baby?!

Des: I know now wipe them tears.

Des: *putting the ring on* I would never do that again. *kissing Shana*
Ari/Kyra: *pushing Des* No my Tía. Mooove.
Shana: *picking up them* Hey babies don't be mean. I love Tía Des too.
A/K: *looking down pouting* Otay.
Shana: Don't look sad babies Tía love you too. *kissing them*

Des: *talking to Cyn* What the hell was that?
Cyn: The girls don't want nobody touching Shana or Erica. I can't even kiss my own wife because of them two or sit on her lap.
Des: *laughing* Are you serious?
Cyn: Yep.
Des: That's sad.
Cyn: I know. Well let us get going so we can have them situated.
*They left and went home.*
*Sunday Morning*

Today we are getting up to go to church. I want to do this cause we need the Lord in our life. Erica really don't wanna go but she's doing it for me. The particular church we are going to I really don't wanna go to but my mom really wants me there cause she's on the board. The reason I don't wanna go is because my Aunt Jackie is there and I hate her with a passion. I know God doesn't want hate in your heart but he hasn't healed me that far along yet so the hate remains. I walked down to King and MJ's room and to my surprise they were already dress right along with the twins. I got the quads ready and told all the kids to go downstairs we will be down soon. I got Erica up last cause getting her up is like pulling teeth without an anesthetic.
Cyn: Babe get up.
Erica: *groaning* No I'm tired.
Cyn: You will feel better once you get up.
Erica: *letting out a frustrated groan* Fine Cynthia I'm up. Didn't they say on the seventh day he rested so why won't you let me rest?
Cyn: *laughing* First of all, the seventh day is Saturday. Second, you aren't God.
Erica: Whatever Cynthia don't get technical with me.
Cyn: Get up and get in the shower before I beat you senseless.
Erica: *getting up* This is some bull...
Cyn: I stand before Jesus saying if you curse right now I will stomp you to the devil.
Erica: Sorry baby. I'm getting dress. *walking in the bathroom*
Cyn: *talking to herself* What am I gonna do with her Lord?
*Erica finally got done getting dress. They got in Erica's Lincoln Navigator and went to church. When they got there Sonia and Jennifer was standing outside waiting for them. Now this wasn't a normal church. I was like watching a gospel concert with a full band and everything. People can come as they are and not be judge. Erica and Cyn are new here but Sonia and Jennifer are not. Lela was already seated talking to some man and Erica got pissed.
Cyn: Don't you dare or you will feel the thunder today.
Erica: Yes ma'am.
Jennifer: I see y'all looking all cute.
King: I look the best but you gotta look presentable in the house of the Lord.
Sonia: That's right. Now the service is starting soon so let's get our seats.
*They walked down to where Lela was. As they were walking Cyn's aunt Jackie started walking towards them.*
Cyn: Lord I am begging you to let me keep my composure in your house. Amen.
Erica: What's going on babe?
Cyn: My aunt Jackie hates that I married a woman. So she always trying to lecture me about something.
Jackie: *fake smile* Hello Cynthia what are you doing in a church?
Cyn: *fake smile* Hey Aunt Jackie I'm here for the same reason you are or maybe not. I'm here for the Lord I guess you are here to try and shake off the devil that's on your shoulder.
Jackie: Whatever Cynthia just know the Lord sees all.
Cyn: Yes especially you devils.
Jackie: I'm more of an angel then you are.
Cyn: Well you know what they say?
Jackie: No Cynthia I don't so why don't you tell me.
Cyn: Even the devil was an angel once upon a time.
Xai: *tapping Cyn's leg* Mama, Yeya there. *pointing*
Cyn: Ok baby boy go ahead to her. See you later Aunt Satan I mean Jackie.
Jackie: See you later Sinner I mean Cynthia.
Cyn: *walking away* Man I can't stand her.
Erica: It's gonna be fine.
*They sat down and the service started about five mins later. After the service they left and went to their parents house for Sunday dinner. What Cyn didn't know is that Jennifer invited the family along with Sonia. It's a few people on Erica and Cyn's side that doesn't like their relationship cause they are heavily religious.*

Jennifer: What I tell you about that yelling?
Cyn: Sorry. Grab your daughter before I punch her in the face.
Jennifer: Erica what are you doing?
Erica: *smirking* I'm not doing anything.
Ari: Hi Nana.
Jennifer: Hi baby.
Kyra: Hi Nana.
Jennifer: Hi baby. What are your mothers doing?
Ari: Mama hit Mommy in face.
Kyra: I yaghed(laughed).
Jennifer: Cynthia really in front of your children?
Cyn: She wouldn't listen.
Ari: Yeya?
Jennifer: In the den.
Kyra: Otay. Yet go Awi.
Jennifer: I love them.
Erica: I know they act just like me.
Cyn: You wish.
Erica: *whispering in Cyn's ear* I know a wish I'm trying to make come true.
Cyn: *hitting Erica* Didn't I tell you to stop?
Erica: *rubbing her arm* Da...
Cyn: Cuss and I'm gonna beat you senseless.
Erica: Yes ma'am I'm gonna go sit down. *pouting with her head down walking away*
Jennifer: Aww Mija come here.
Erica: No I'm gonna sit down.
Jennifer: *hitting Cyn* Why you hurt that girl's feelings like that she just wanna love on her wife, is that a bad thing?
Cyn: *rubbing her arm* Ouch Ma. I'm sorry I just don't need anybody else saying anything to me today.
Jennifer: What are you talking about?
Cyn: Today I ran into Aunt Jackie and she made me so mad cause she called me a sinner and everything.
Jennifer: SHE DID WHAT?! Why didn't you tell me that?
Cyn: I didn't want to make it worse.
Jennifer: Look at me Mija. I don't care what your Aunt said about you and Erica. As long as you two love each other and the union yall have that's all that matters. People are gonna judge but it's only one judgement that counts and you know that.
Cyn: *crying* I know I just hate that they are treating me and my family like this. My kids doesn't understand what's going on.
Jennifer: *wiping Cyn's tears* Don't worry about them just worry about your children and wife. Everyone else is irrelevant. Do you love your life? When you wake up in the morning are you satisfied with the life you have?
Cyn: Yes ma'am I am.
Jennifer: Then everything else doesn't matter. Now you better go make my daughter feel better before I beat you senseless.
Cyn: *smiling* Yes ma'am.
*As Cyn was walking over to Erica her cousin was talking to her. Erica was still looking sad and it made Cyn feel bad. Cyn sat in Erica's lap and kissed her deeply. She didn't even care her cousin was sitting there.*
Cyn: I'm sorry baby.
Erica: Its ok.
Cyn: No it's not cause I made you feel like I was ashamed of you and our children but that's not true. I love you and our family.
Erica: I love you too and next time all you have to do was tell me how you really feel.
Cyn: I will. Do you forgive me?

Cyn: *whispering in Erica's ear* I will make it up to you later.
Erica: *biting her lip and nodding*
Cousin: *clearing her throat*
Cyn: Sorry hey Teri.
Teri: Hey lil cuz. So this is your wife?
Cyn: Yes she is.
Teri: I was wondering why Raf kept telling me to back up.
Cyn: Where is your girl?
Teri: She should be on her way here then I'm gonna have to hear Aunt Jackie's mouth again.

Teri: I wish she stop trying to play saint.

Teri: So what have you been up to cause I haven't seen you in forever.
Cyn: Being a wife and mother.

Cyn: Yes. I have eight kids.

Cyn: Ok I'm coming.

Cyn: Well let me see what Lela wants I'll be back.

*Cyn walked over to Lela to see what she needed.*

Cyn: Hey Lela. I see you have adjusted to Miami just fine.
Lela: I did. I called you over here cause I wanted you to meet someone.
Man: Hello young lady. My name is Michael.
Cyn: Hello my name is Cynthia but you can call me Cyn.
Michael: You are the one she talks about all the time. She also talks about Erica. Do you know her?
Cyn: More than you think.
Michael: She said it will take some time before Erica and I meet.
Cyn: Lela know you know she will have a fit if you tell her last.
Lela: I know but I don't want Munch to get mad.
Cyn: That's not preventable so let's get it over with. I can calm her down.
Michael: Are you her sister?
Cyn: Nope I'm her wife. Lela let me go get her.
Lela: Ok.
Michael: Why are you so afraid of her?

*Cyn went to grab Erica and walked her back to Lela and Michael. Erica was looking at him like she wanted to kill him.*
Lela: Hey Munch.
Erica: Hey Lela.
Michael: Hello you must be Erica. My name is Michael. I've heard so much about you.
Erica: Hello sorry I can't say the same.
Cyn: Babe quit it.
Erica: I haven't did anything.
Michael: Its alright Cynthia. She's just stating facts.
Erica: How do you know my Lela?
Michael: We met at church and she was just looking so sad.
Lela: But he came over and made me laugh.
Erica: *sarcastically* How cute.
Cyn: So Michael how long have you lived in Miami?
Michael: For about three years.
Cyn: Where did you live before?
Michael: LA.
Cyn: Wow that's a big change.
Michael: Yes it was but I have adjusted.
Erica: Do you have kids or grand kids?
Michael: Yes I do. I have four children and a lot of grands and great grands.
Erica: Where are they?
Lela: That's none of your business Munch.
Erica: That's what you think. So Michael where are they?
Lela: *sternly* Erica Jasmine Mena...
Michael: Calm down sweetie she has the right. Three of them are in LA. My youngest should be here soon cause she wants to meet your Lela. My grandkids and great grands are spread out everywhere.
Erica: So what are your plans with my grandmother?
Lela: Munch you are skating on thin ice.
Erica: Good thing I'm a great skater.
Michael: Sweetie just relax she's asking respectable questions. I plan on being with her as long as God is willing. Before you ask yes I know about your Lito and I'm sorry for your loss and trust me I am not trying to take his place. I'm just trying to love this wonderful woman that sits beside me.
Erica: For now I will allow it but I'm watching you Michael. *walking away*
Lela: Did she just say allow it?
Michael: Wow she's a tough one.
Lela: You didn't have to answer all of those questions.

Cyn: Cause you just fueled her fire. Trust this isn't over so when she say she's watching she's not playing.

Cyn: Now let me go calm down my wife cause I saw her storm outside.

I walked outside cause I was so mad that I couldn't think straight. Who do he think he is? He tried to play me by saying I'm asking respectable questions. No you were just scared and knew I would go off if you didn't. Don't try to butter me up just to get on my good side. I wanna slap the fuck of him for even calling her sweetie. I walked to the side of the house and sat in the grass looking at the sky.
Erica: *talking to herself* Lito you left at the wrong time. He's taking Lela from us. *tearing up* Its suppose to be Lela and Lito not Lela and Michael. What am I suppose to do? I don't wanna hate him but I can't help it cause he's trying to take your place. He's can't replace you, can he?
Cyn: No he can't. *kneeling in front of Erica*
Erica: *looking in Cyn's eyes* Why did he leave us? He's messing up the family. He's so selfish.
Cyn: I'm sorry that you are going through this but lashing out on Michael wasn't the best way to deal with it.
Erica: I know. I saw the look in Lela's eyes and she called me by my name for the first time in a long time. I just kept thinking he's trying to take Lito's place.
Cyn: No one can take Lito's place but don't Lela deserve to be happy again?
Erica: I didn't think about that. Maybe I should apologize to them.
Cyn: Maybe?
Erica: Ok I will apologize.
Cyn: Let it happen again and you are really gonna hate me. Do you understand me?
Erica: Yes ma'am.
Cyn: Good now get up.
Erica: Ok.
*Erica got up and walked back in the house. She was looking for Michael and saw him talking to some lady. Erica walked over to him.*
Erica: Excuse me.
Michael: Hello Erica. Meet my daughter Zaryia.
Zaryia: Hello Erica.
Erica: Hello. Michael can I talk to you for a second?
Michael: Sure. I'll be right back sweetie. What's up?
Erica: I wanna to apologize for the way I was treating you. Its just that I can't fully grasp that my Lito is gone and it won't be him and Lela anymore.
Michael: I fully understand. I lost my wife three years ago and that's one of the reasons I moved here to get away from the thought of her. I am not here to replace your Lito. Those are shoes I could never fill and I wouldn't want to. I just wanna make your Lela happy that's all.
Erica: I completely understand and I'm sorry.
Michael: Its fine.
Erica: *giving him a hug* Thanks for making my Lela smile.
Michael: You are welcome.
Erica: Have you seen her?
Michael: She walked in the back she said she had to use the bathroom.
Erica: Ok.
*Erica walked to the back and saw Lela sitting on the bed crying. Erica wanted to slap herself cause she know she's the reason behind them tears.*

Lela: What Jasmine?
Erica: *Damn she called me Jasmine.* I'm sorry for what I did earlier.
Lela: What is wrong with you? That was so disrespectful.
Erica: *sitting beside Lela* I thought he was trying to replace Lito.
Lela: Look at me sweetie. No one in the world can replace him. He was the greatest beyond my wildest dreams and that's big shoes to fill. I have came to the realization that Lito is gone and I have to move on. He wouldn't want me to be moping around and sad over him.
Erica: I know. I already apologized to Michael now go on out there his daughter is here.
Lela: Ok. *getting up walking to the door*
Erica: Hey Lela. *walking to Lela*
Lela: What's up?
Erica: *talking like a kid* Am I Munch again?
Lela: *hugging Erica* You will always be Munch.
*They walked back out to the living room. Erica walked over to Cyn and just held onto her from behind.*
Cyn: What's up baby?
Erica: Nothing. I just wanted you.
Cyn: Ok.
Erica: *holding Cyn tight whispering in her ear* I love you so much Cynthia.
Cyn: I love you too baby. *turning around* What's wrong with you?

Guy: No problem Munch has always been a big baby.
Erica: *looking up* Uncle Ronny?
Ronny: Its about time you remember me.
Erica: *hugging him tight* They told me you moved to Mexico.
Ronny: I was gonna move there but I didn't. I just moved to LA instead.
Erica: I've missed you so much.
Ronny: I've missed my Munch too. I see you are still spoiled rotten.

*As they were talking you hear King and MJ screaming at someone which is rare. Then you hear Jas and Eric crying. Erica and Cyn ran towards the noise and saw MJ and King holding the twins while yelling at Jackie.*
King: STAY AWAY FROM MY SIBLINGS!
MJ: AND DON'T YOU COME BACK AROUND US.
Jackie: Yall are some little disrespectful devils.
King: And what does that makes you?
MJ: Cause you are no savior and you really aren't a saint.
Jackie: A good butt whooping will really do y'all some good.
Cyn: I wish you would put your hands on my children and you will lose them.
Twins: Mama.
Cyn: *grabbing them from MJ and King* Why are y'all crying?
Jas: She said you and Mommy are gonna go to hell.

Jennifer: Ma has no problem with her granddaughter or great grands. Now get out my house now.

*Jackie left and Jennifer calmed down the twins.*

Jennifer: That's right. Now stop crying cause your parents aren't going anywhere any time soon.

Erica: *pulling Cyn into her* Are you ok baby?

Cyn: Having kids knowing the type of relationship we are in.

Erica: The main people are the only ones you should care about. That's your mom, dad and grandparents.

Cyn: My mom's dad doesn't know I'm married let alone to a woman and have kids.
Erica: CYNTHIA!
Cyn: Sorry. He and Nena are no longer together so I kinda distanced myself from him cause it was his fault.
Erica: Where do he live?
Cyn: *mumbling* Jacksonville FL.
Erica: Stop playing with me Cynthia.
Cyn: He lives in Jacksonville FL.
Erica: What?! That's about five hours from here. You will be going to see him soon.
Cyn: I don't wanna see him. He did my Nena wrong so I have nothing to say to him.
Erica: He's still your granddad.
Cyn: No he isn't. He's just another man.
Erica: *tearing up* YOU ARE SO FUCKING STUBBORN! YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU? *running outside*
Cyn: *talking to herself* Damn.
*Cyn went to look for Erica but couldn't find her. She texted her but got no response. After about an hour Cyn gave up and walked in the movie room. She just sat there crying until she fell asleep. Erica walked in and the house was quiet. She gathered up her kids and put them in the car then grabbed Cyn and put her in the car. They got hone and Erica got everyone in bed quietly. After she was done putting Cyn in the bed she wrapped her arms around her and went to sleep.*

I woke up the next morning in my bed with arms wrapped around me tightly. I turned over to see Erica sleep with dried tears on her face. I never meant to hurt my baby I was just mad that's all. I cuddled more into her and just laid there listening to her heartbeat. I wonder why she got so mad at me? I know what I said was a little harsh but I personally think it's true. I was so deep in thought that I didn't notice Erica waking up. She put her arms around me tightly and held me close.
Erica: *whispering in Cyn's ear* I'm sorry for yelling at you.
Cyn: *tearing up* What did I say to make you mad at me?
Erica: *wiping Cyn's face* Don't cry baby I'm so sorry. I was thinking about me not having my grandad and you was throwing yours away.
Cyn: He did that to himself. He chose to treat my Nena like that.
Erica: What have your Nena said about you not seeing him?
Cyn: She told me that I was the only one who haven't been to see him. She said I should forgive him and that she already has.
Erica: Then do that baby.
Cyn: I'll try.
Erica: So whats going on today?
Cyn: My cousin Keri and her wife is suppose to come over.
Erica: Is Kayla coming so I know to hide the knives and any other weapons?
Cyn: Funny but no. Also Teri and her girl coming.
Erica: Is Teri and Keri sisters cause they look like twins?
Cyn: That's because they are twins.
Erica: Wow.
Cyn: Lela and Michael are coming to get the twins after school. My mom is coming to get the quads and the big kids are going to Jade and Carter's house after school.
Erica: Ok.
*Doorbell rings*
Cyn: That should be Keri now.
Erica: I got it. *opening the door* Hey Keri.
Keri: Hello Mrs. Mena.
Erica: What did I tell you?
Keri: Sorry. Hello Erica.
Erica: Hey Keri where is your wife?
???: Right here.
Erica: No fucking way.
