"Get back!!" Lu Jingxing wiped the blood on his lips and angrily spoke towards Cadenza.

"Shut up" Cadenza replied cooly.

"And who are you?" the leader walked towards Cadenza as stared at her insultingly.

"Just a passerby" Cadenza smirked.

"Well do you know who we are?" the man proudly stated.

"No"

"We are members of The Golden Dragon Mafia!!"

"Sh¡t!!" Lu Jingxing and the gang were restrained by the 'members' of the Mafia.

"Oh really? Then what division do you belong? Who's the capo behind you? Which rank are you? What territory are you assigned?" Cadenza asked in a provoking way even though she was wearing a mask everyone could clearly see her cold smile.

Her words seemed foreign to some people but those who are smarter has already realized it.

Feeling the change of atmosphere the so called leader pointed a gun towards Cadenza.

Cadenza didn't panic but Lu Jingxing and the gang were.

Cadenza slowly walked towards the gun and until it touched her forehead her action stunned everyone.

"If you have the guts pull the trigger" Cadenza spoke calmly.

She could feel the trembling of the gun that was pointed on her forehead.

"You are mentally impaired" the so called leader stated his head was dripping with cold sweats.

"What can't do it?" Cadenza walked even closer pushing the gun that was pointed on her head.

"We are members of the Golden Dragon Mafia you know what happens if you f*cking mess with us!"

"I know fully well after all I am acquainted with someone from the Golden Dragon Mafia" Cadenza couldn't resist playing.

"You're bluffing you bastard!!" the so called leader already has lost his cool.

"Shut the f*ck up I'm dealing with this shitty bastard!!" he shouted angrily.

"If I'm bluffing or not what should I loose? But what if I'm not? And if you pulled this gun's trigger I'm afraid that person won't sit still, the one on the loosing side won't be me but...you. Say are you willing to take the risk?" Cadenza was calm as a undisturbed lake.

The so called leader was greatly moved by Cadenza's words her eyes revealed that she wasn't just talking sh¡t despite her playful tone.

"I guess I'll be the one whose gonna pull the trigger" Cadenza took a gun from her back pocket and pointed it on the man.

"Next time when you wanted to point a gun on someone make sure it's real...like this" Cadenza used one of her hand to pull off the mask on her face as she stuck out her tongue and put the mask back.

"Bang!!!*" Cadenza pulled the trigger as she shot somewhere else and pointed at them.

The fake Mafia members immediately got scared and wanted to flee but they were surrounded by the gangs wanting to beat them up so badly to the point they can't even identify their own faces.

"You guys are gonna pay us ten fold"

"That was dangerous!!!" Lu Jingxing walked towards Cadenza and angrily shouted yet Cadenza seemed like she haven't heard anything.

"And where did you get this gun?! Huh?!!" Lu Jingxing took the gun from Cadenza's hand.

"It's just a prop gun used in movies where would I get a real gun?" Cadenza replied nonchalantly.

She said that even though she carries two real guns under her clothes and multiple knifes stuck on her pants.

That prop gun was a gun she always carries just in case there will be people trying to look for trouble, intimidating them with a fake gun would bring less trouble cleaning dead corpse. What she didn't expect that she would use it so soon.

"You were bluffing" Lu Jingxing asked his tone calmed down.

"So Cadenza how did you know they were fake?" Ivan asked with curiosity.

"I've seen the real ones my family once hired them so I know a little about them" her words were reasonable and totally convinced everyone.

Lu Jingxing immediately realized something's amiss and stared towards Cadenza which she immediately avoided his gaze pretending to not notice it.

The time she spent was short and no matter how much time she wanted to hang with them unfortunately she still have school.

The next day Cadenza was busy doing her subject tasks usually she would do this alone yet there were three people joining her now.

Talon was eagerly doing his own tasks while Lu Youjing was secretly staring at Cadenza pretending to read and Soarin would secretly glance at her.

"They're gonna get rejected" Talon murmured to himself as he continued what he was doing.

"No" Cadenza replied.

"Told ya" Talon smirked hearing his words Soarin and Lu Youjing glared at him.

"Cady want to grab a bite?" Talon asked with a smile.

"Ok"

Cadenza and Talon walked together side by side she would even occasionally grabbed on his sleeves or even let Talon carry her bag. There was this even a time when she introduced him to her older cousin and would wait for Talon outside his classroom.

Soarin and Lu Youjing couldn't help but drown in jealousy.

"It's not your fault so why would you apologize" Cadenza warmly replied looking a bit confused.

"You...aren't angry?" Rouge composed himself and questionly stared at Cadenza.

"No, when people seeks trouble they have psychological problems so all I can do is to be thoughtful" Cadenza replied with an optimistic smile as if nothing in this world could affect her

But deep down she was scheming.

"Isn't that so?" Rouge chuckled.
