"You know I was so disheartened when I heard that recording? " I told him and he just smiled brightly at me. "I didn't knew I would survive." Randhir smirked.
"No matter how many times I delete this audio from your phone, you always manage to miraculously bring it back." Whinned Randhir laying back on the bed beside me.
"I thought I lost you. " I blinked my tears.
"But I'm always here" he pointed at my heart.
"Please don't leave this time.' I pleaded.
"I won't. " he murmured.
The door suddenly opened and sana came in with a piece of cake.
"Mom see it made this for you. Taste it" twelve years old sana chipped.
"Why you didn't bring for your dad? He wanted to eat it too. " I complained taking the cake from sana.
I took some cake in spoon and put it front of Randhir mouth to eat. But he didn't eat it. He just smiled and look at me.
"Mom." Sana sounded like she is about to cry.
"What happen sana? "I asked my crying daughter.
She pointed at Randhir and said the most unbelievable thing.
"Mom no one is there. " she sobbed.
"Are you looking at your daughter how funny she is. She said she can't see you. " I smiled at laughing Randhir.
Why he has tear in his eyes? Is he crying?
"Mom have you been listening to the audio again?" This time it was Dheer who entered the room.
"Yeah actually. You won't delete it this time right Dheer ". I asked my son.
"No mom. I won't " said Dheer silently.
Why he is crying too?
Why everybody is crying?
"Hey let's eat this amazing cake. Smile sana we are happy. Aren't we? We are happy right ? " I cried.
"Aren't we happy Dheer? " I asked him.
"Aren't we happy sana?" I asked sana.
"We are happy. We are together right Randhir.?"
Only he said yes. And that's enough for me.
I leaned in in scent while the two children make their way out of the room.
