Now, Jerome was hosting a Nice Posture party thing on this boat he had rented for the night, a way for everyone to relax. There was even a strict rule of no phones or social media at all, a true escape from their lives, even just for a night.
With Dasha's help, he'd covered the boat in Christmas lights and other Christmasy things. It looked very festive, both from a distance and up close.
Dropsy planned to turn all these lights different colors to spell out "J Smellz" and see how long it would take Jerome to notice. She'd bribed everyone else with cookies and the promise of more cookies, so they would tell him.
The night went on, with everyone having a good time. Soon, though, the party came to a close, and Jerome still didn't notice.
The next morning, he woke up to his Twitter flooded with mentions all with the same picture of Jerome standing underneath the changed lights before the party started.
