It gets really fucking hot on the second floor of our house
And yeah I know its the heat rising shit but like if its 40 degrees outside its like 65-70 on our second floor

I literally can't fall asleep if my room isn't freezing cold, which is the main reason my sleep schedule gets so fucked up during the summer
