I know one date that even in cannon Feli must hate. August 6th, the day William died. This was the day he learned that not only was he died, but that William was never coming back to him. I bet on this day he just stays in his room and hugs the Holy Roman flag tightly and mumbles how much he misses William and how he wishes he could see him again one day.
I would also say that the day his grandpa died is also a day he hates and does the same has he does on William's death. I would put the date but I can't find the day, but the year. But I'm sure Feli knows it and hates it has well.
