ARc 2 - Chapter 11B: The Rage of Spirit

Saku, Emiko and Katsia recover slowly from their run-in with the buffed up Swinus...only the situation is not perfect. Katsia and Emiko are both harmed and winded and Saku is badly poisoned by the Black Gold and unable to truly fight. They for now remain behind boxes in a room but Swinus just strides in and presses a button

The smashed through wall - that Saku, Emiko and Katsia were sent through - closed shut to which Katsia, Emiko and Saku felt the sensation of being lifted "we're...going up" Saku said coughing

"Is this...a lift or something?" asked Emiko worriedly

"We'll know in due time" said Katsia looking up to see the ceiling upon, to a darken clouder sky before they come to land "Huh...wha?" to Katsia's shock...they are in the amusement sector, in the middle of the crowd which all turn to the sector.

All that saw him gasped while Swinus looked proud "And here we are...open air" said Swinus "Hello people of Polaris...how nice to soon...BEAT you all" he says in a sinister tone as he began blasting currents of wind at the people, blowing holes in houses and smashing the Polaran's away vefore hurting innocent people by flinging his aura hammers "Ah,ha, ha...that's it...flee in cowardice"

"Dam him" Katsia said clenching her fist tightly "he's become that drunk on power he's taking it out on the people. Emiko...listen to me carefully" Katsia put on an assertive tone "Go get my Mom, and the guards. Saku is in no condition, and I have to defend my people"

"But...I can't leave you both" said Emiko worriedly

"Saku is hidden here...and I'll keep Swinus' attention on me. Now go...please I'm trusting you here" Emiko didn't want to go "Please?"

"Alright" and with that Emiko flew off but was noticed by Swinus

"Hey you" he said preparing to the hammer at her "No leaving the playground"

"Your fights lies not with her" Katsia coming out from behind "It's with me"

Though Katsia still had the weakness in her sword hand, she put on a strong bravado "I won't permit you to lash out at my people. As Princess I won't allow it"

"It doesn't matter what you want" he said plainly "I'm unstoppable. I'm still not at my strongest yet, and yet you three are putty in my hands"

"We'll see about that" Katsia fired a torrent of water from her shield, that Swinus just blocked with his hand

"Thanks for the shower, I haven't bathed in a month after all" Katsia grimaced

"It doesn't help my sword hand is sprained, I can hardly close it. I just need to hold on until help arrives...otherwise my world, and Saku, will perish to this brute"

Swinus went on the offensive, a crowd drawing in from Polarans as the two went to battle. Swinus swung away his fists and hammer. Katsia stuck to defending purely with her shield and striking when she could with her sword. But with her injured hand her sword attacks were weak and slow "I think your offense could do with some work" Swinus said taunting "But so could your defence" he thrust forward a punch, which Katsia went to defend...but he stopped his attack

"Huh?" only for him to catch her off-guard, break through her shield and deal a firm punch to her body.
