1. rebirth of slick - digable planets ( really cool jazzy sound, hipsterish 90s rap!! totally about black empowerment, super cool. my favorite part is when ladybug says "i'm thick like that, i stack like that, i'm down like that, i'm black like that" like yesss bitch & she gives the camera such an intense look !!! she fine as hell too )
2. needed me - rihanna ofc , this song gives me SO many feels and it's just ugh like fuck me with this song
3. feels like we only go backwards - tame impala ( honestly such an 'oldie' vibe like it sounds like it was released in the 70s or early 90s even !! reminds me of the Beatles version of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, so chill and lit, when i listen to it i be imagining that i'm driving in a car with Corey Haim and this song is playing 👅 )
4. donna the primadonna - dion ( honestly he was so cute and i LOVE 60s music like y'all already know this mannn )
5. news or something - kodak black ( i fuckingg love kodak like bitch !! no flocking was my shit so i went to listen to this song and it's really so full of emotions !!! highly recommend . )
