"I'm nervous," Mark admits.

You laugh and grasp his hand, squeezing it as Mark nibbles on his bottom nervously. Mark turns away from the window to look at you.

"They'll love you," you assure him.

"Really?" Mark asks hopefully.

You nod with a smile. "Of course! My mom is practically in love with you," you say.

"What about your dad?" Mark asks.

"Oh he hates you." Mark's eyes widen as he stutters. "I'm kidding! He's been a little quiet on what he thinks about you as of lately, I think it's just because he wants to see how much of a gentleman you can be in person."

Mark calms down a little as he nods. "Alright, and what about your younger brother?"

"He's been a little hostile ever since he found out I was dating you, but he'll warm up to you eventually," you respond with a shrug.

Mark gulps as the car slows to a stop. Johnny and Taeyong turn around to look at you both, a grin on Johnny's face. "Good luck Mark." Taeyong nods in agreement.

Mark is the first to climb out of the backseat, holding the door open for you. You exit the car with Mark's help and bid the two members goodbye. You lead Mark to the front door, grasping his hand along the way. Mark tugs you back into his side as you stand a foot away from the front door.

"I'm really nervous." Mark mumbles.

You smile. "You'll be just fine Mark, I promise."

The door is yanked open to reveal your mother, she grins at the two of you in happiness. She quickly tugs Mark inside with you beside him. Mark bows and introduces himself formally, she smiles as she introduces herself.

"So you're the boy who stole my daughter's heart?" Your mom asks him.

Your face warms. Mark smiles and laughs. "I'm pretty sure it's the other way around, more like she stole my heart."

Your mom squeals at his words. Mark laughs as you cover your face with your hands. Your mother leads the way to the living room, insisting Mark sit down. Mark drags you down to sit down beside him. He squeezes your hand as she calls for your father and brother.

The two of them enter the living room, your brother more unwilling than your father. Your father sits down beside your mom as your brother sits by himself on one of the arm chairs. Mark grows quiet as your father scrutinizes him, your brother simply glaring at him.

A minute of awkward silence passes until your mother begins asking Mark basic questions. Your father listens intently, your younger brother now glaring at the ground. Mark explains that he was a Kpop idol under SM Entertainment. Your mother is surprised at his career, growing more curious about him and his group.

"NCT?" She asks in confusion.

Mark nods. "There are three subunit groups; NCT 127 which is based in Seoul, NCT U, and NCT Dream."

"What does NCT stand for?" Your father asks curiously.

"Neo Culture Technology, the concept of the group itself is having an unlimited number of members divided into multiple subunits worldwide." Mark explains.

Your mother's eyes widen in surprise. "Really? How many members are in the group altogether?"

"Altogether we have eighteen members," Mark reveals.

"Wow! That's amazing!" Your mom exclaims.

Your brother grows curious. "Which subunits are you apart of?" He asks.

"NCT 127, NCT U, and NCT Dream. The subunits NCT Dream and NCT U are meant to have alternating members, for NCT Dream it depends on your age. As for NCT U it depends on if you fit the concept." Mark explains.

"All three?" Your father asks in amazement.

"And they recently came back as all eighteen members together," you say.

Your parents gaze at Mark in amazement. Mark squeezes your hand. An hour passes and dinner is ready, your mother ushering everyone into the dining room. The dinner goes by smoothly with your parents initiating conversation with Mark, occasionally dragging your brother into it. You smile as you realize your family was getting along with Mark just fine. Mark seemed a lot more at ease than he did earlier, smiling as your parents cracked occasional jokes.

In the end you left with Mark, promising your parents that you would visit them next weekend. The familiar van pulls up in front of the house, four heads peeking out of the windows. They wave to your parents. Your mother grins and waves back happily, your father nodding at them. Your younger brother stared in awe at the boys.

"I think your father and I will stop by your apartment this weekend, we have yet to see it," your mother informs you.

You nod in agreement. "Yeah of course, maybe we can have dinner again." You say with a smile.

Your mom nods, smiling. Your father shakes Mark's hand and leaves the three of you. Your mom smiles and pulls Mark into a hug, taking him by surprise.

"Thank you for taking care of my daughter." She whispers, smiling.

Mark smiles and hugs her in return after dropping your hand. "I'll do everything I can to continue taking care of her, she means a lot to me."

Your mother smiles and pulls away from the hug, pulling you into one last hug. Eventually the front door closes and you grin at Mark. "See, now that wasn't so bad was it?"

Mark rolls his eyes, smiling as he grabs your hand and tugs you with him to the waiting van of six members. The both of you squeeze into the van. His members immediately bombard him with questions, Mark smiling as he tells them about his entire experience.

You sit in silence, smiling. Mark was the first boy you'd ever brought to meet your parents. In fact, Mark was your first in everything. First boyfriend, first date, first kiss, etc. There was no one else you'd rather share any of these moments with. There was something about Mark, something that compelled you to trust him with your entire heart because you just knew there was no way he could hurt you in anyway. He was your everything, and unknown to you, you were his everything.

Very cheesy and short, sorry.
