Marriage or a compromise

Part-64

"Uhm.. Randhir.." Parth said entering the hospital room. "She is here."

Randhir who was relaxed after comforting talk with Sanyukta once again got all tensed. His body stiffened a little and clouds of doubt again covered his mind.

How is he gonna face her? What she has to say in her defense? Is her apology even sincere? Do she feel
ashamed for what she did? And the biggest one hovering his mind was could she had realized her mistake early and come to him for the apology?

He would have forgiven his sister then because no matter what he says and feel the truth was he did missed his Darling sister.

Sanyukta sensed the change in demeanour. She placed her hand on his arms rubbing it softly thus again
relaxing his mind.

"You can do it." She whispered to which Randhir nodded.

"Can she come in?" Parth asked breaking Randhir's trance.
"Hmm." Randhir again nodded.

Parth opened the door wide. First he stepped inside and stood aside making room for Vidhushi. As Vidhushi entered the room Randhir got up with his posture stiffen.

Sanyukta entwined her fingers with
his while drawing random pattern at the back of his hand. Ways to calm him down.

"How are you Sanyukta?" Vidhushi asked as she sat on the chair.
"She is in front of you. Alive and breathing." Randhir said sarcastically. "You must be all shocked and sad
because you were so sure that she was going to die."

This was his anger which was coming out with each passing second. He can't help it. He need to take out his anger.

"Randhir.." Sanyukta squeezed his hand.
"It's OK Sanyukta. I deserve all this. Maine kaam hi aisa kiya hai." Vidhushi said her voice showing she
was clearly guilty for her act.

"No Vidhushi.." Sanyukta defended her. "You don't deserve this type of treatment. You did all this for your
brother because you thought it was a right thing to do..You did all that because you love him. You are even
sorry when you realized that this was wrong. So nobody has right to talk to you like this. And you deserve this type of treatment then I should
be treated same  because I was part of all that too. Why treat me different? If he can understand my reason.." She said pointing at Randhir. "If he can forgive me then why not you. We did nothing different. So what if it was your plan we both are equally at fault." She said.

"Randhir.." She said looking at him. "You promised me that you will listen to her once then why are you acting
like this? Please give her a chance to explain herself like you gave me the chance. Everybody deserve second
chance. Everybody should get a chance to rectify their mistakes. It takes a lot of courage to say 'yes I was
wrong and I'm sorry' and when somebody is ready to do that we should listen to that person. Remember Randhir those who apologize are bravest and those
who forgive are strongest and I know you are strong. So listen to her once please..." She completed.

"OK." Randhir nodded.

Vidhushi looked at couple in awe. The way Sanyukta was handling Randhir and making him understand the
things made Vidhushi guilty for her act. How can she even think of doing all that with a girl who is still taking her side.

They love each other so damn much and there was she,  planning to separate them. Thank god Randhir
found out about the plan and he confronted them, putting a stop on their stupid plan. She thought.

"Randhir," Vidhushi gathered all her courage and looked at him finally. "I'm sorry." She said it at last.

"I known Vidhushi you are sorry.." He said looking at her. "Everyone is telling me that Vidhushi is guilty for
her act and she is sorry for what she did." He breathed before continuing further. "But what I want to know
is.. Do you really mean what you are saying? Do you really mean your words? And how can I trust you Vidhushi that you will not repeat all this?" He let out all the question which was bothering him, he don't
know since when.

"Randhir I don't know how to make you believe. I know once trust is broken it is hard to gain back the
trust again but all I could do is ask you to trust me. Please give me one chance to prove that yes I have
changed." Her voice cracked in the end as tears made way through her eyes.

Randhir could not see his sister crying. He could feel it in her words and action that yes she mean her apology. And what more important is everybody deserves a second
chance. At many times he himself had made so many mistakes and Vidhushi has forgiven him. Sanyukta gave
second chance to their marriage and that is the reason they are living a happy married life.

"I forgive you Vidhushi." He said engulfing her in bone crushing hug. He missed her sister and no matter what he can't see her crying.
"I'm sorry Randhir.." She sobbed harder clutching his shirt.

"Sh! I know.. Now ekdum chup." He rubbed her back.

"Vidhushi can I ask you one more thing?" Randhir asked breaking the hug.
"Hmm." She nodded wiping her tears.

"Did it take you so much time to realize that you were wrong?" He asked.
"I started feeling guilty the day you confronted me. I realised that i was wrong but I did not had the courage to face you."

"Vidhushi you should had just come to me.. I was just being stubborn right then but trust me I would have
forgiven you anytime." He smiled hugging her again.

"Yeah.." Sanyukta squealed in excitement seeing the brother sister reunion.

Randhir and Vidhushi broke the hug and chuckled at her childish nature.

"So finally everything is back to normal." Parth sighed in relief seeing everything like before.
"Finally." Randhir agreed.

"And this calls for a party." Sanyukta said, her tone full of excitement. "So Randhir you see I can't go out and
party with you people." She faked a sad expression. "But I have a idea.. For time being we can have a small
party here." She suggested.

"How?" Vidhushi asked in confusion.
"Uhmm.. Randhir you can bring some delicious food here and we can eat and party." She smirked.

"Don't worry about the party, love." He too smirked,back understanding her plan. "We will have a grand
party after you will get discharge and we people can manage without party for few more days. Isn't it Parth?" Randhir winked at his direction.

"Yes.. Yes.. Totally.." Parth agreed with Randhir, trying hard to control his laughter.

"But we should have small party here.. Like at least we can have some tasty food." She pouted.

"Sanyukta.." Randhir said. "I'm not going to fall in your trap. I know you very well." He glared her. "Anything
to get rid of this hospital food?" He added.
"Uhm-hmm." She nodded.

"Princess." He cupped her face. "Just few more days then I promise you will not have to eat this. OK?" He asked.
"OK." She smiled.
"Good." He kissed her forehead.

So I'm back as promised :)
Firstly thank you so much to everyone for your wishes. Secondly next update on 14th or 18th..
I know it's quite long but promise that part will be a lengthy one ;) In meanwhile if anybody reads my any another stories they might expect a update :D
