Nice to see you've come to us for advice, and, lucky for you, we've got plenty for you! :)

So, based off of what you have described, this is just one small mistake that snowballed into something really big. I think what you are referring to by "sugar pills" are glucose tablets, and, if so, you should know that while they are completely harmless, you still shouldn't have taken them from your uncle who pays money and takes out prescriptions for them, which, by now, I think you have realized. Nevertheless, you are looking to amend this so here's my advice to you: Come clean. That's all you need to do.

Explain the whole situation inside out to your parents, and they shouldn't be so harsh on you. You'll be fine dear! It's not the end of the world, and it's not like you actually took drugs either. You might get in slight trouble for taking one from your uncle but that's worst case scenario. It'll be alright. :)
