The city has fallen into a panic. While the citiziens were still trying to wrap their heads around the chaos from 2 days prior, a horde of heinous Villains had been let loose in a series of unprecendeted events.
And the Mere existence of Nomu had become the last straw. What Hawks had previously mentioned to the other Heroes, about nationwide rumors of uncorfimed Nomu sightings, those frightening inhuman specimens had first appeared at U.A. and ate away at everyone's peace of mind ever since.
The mummerings had taken root in people as the manifestation of their growing anxiety, griveances that had piled up higher and higher, until it all cake crashing down.

Mr. Freeze and his gang were now attacking a town as people were running away from them.
Mr. Freeze:"First thing's first, grab the food and the cash!"he yelled.
Thug:"We're really able to walk around freely, THE BIG GUY UP THERE IS SHINING DOWN ON US!!!!"
Then a civilian holding a support item, a shield, manage to parry the freezing blast coming from Mr. Freeze's gun.
Civilian:"So, you think, this is our town to protect!!!!!" he yelled with anger and etermination, befrore all of the sudden he felt his whole body freezing aswell.
Thug 2:"What do you know, a Civilian!! Don't mess with us!!!" he said as he swing his baseball bat, causing the Civilian body to shatter into a ton of pieces.

The seeds have already been sown. Those poor citiziens expect a Hero, and when they want to defend themselves. Support will already be within their reach. Against Villains, ordinary citiziens without any combat training will arm themselves and create even greater damage by getting the whole neighborhood caught in the crossfire. Within just 2 days these kinds if incidents are only increasing nationwide.

The Pro-Hero Wash had now just arrived in the scene as he look at the town to see it was completely frozen as he sighed with few survirors injured, glaring at him before trowing a rock at him.
Civilian 2:" You're too late!! What the hell is wrong with you!!! Look what happened!! You guys tell us to stay inside our houses, and we still get dragged into things!! Well, Wash?! What have you been doing?!?!"
Wash then looked downat the floor as the few survirors were cussing him out.

The Heroes had dwindle away.....

A senior in the industry who reached a degree of fame and achievements and had continued working with the same ethic he had in his youth, The Number 10 Hero Yoroi Musha announced his sudden retirement....

Yoroi:"This damage deserves no pusnishement lighter than seppuku..." he said as he took down his helmet and placed it on a table as the journalist then got mad at him.
Journalist:" You talked big about slitting your belly, but you're just resigning!!!!!"
Journalist 2:" You're just dodging responsibility!!!!"
Journalist 3:"What are we supposed to do now that you've quit!!!!"
Journalist 4:"Screw you old man!!!! I was your fan!!!"
Yoroi:(I.... just don't want it....)

With this began a wave of resignations among the Heroes and from a world that had only known peace came quite a number of people. People who had now begun to question what the meaning of a 'Hero' was.

And what more odd, is how they began to filter through the Heroes.

Then it shows Stain walking into an abandoned house to hide and rest as he then pulled out his katanas with a smile on his face.

Toshinori Yagi was now laying on the bed of the hospital, due to being attack by an army of High End Nomus on his way to Shigaraki back in the war as he is now in a critical condition.
Doctor:"You will be ahppy to know Izumi is going to be alright. You barely made it alive, yourself All Might. I'm cheering for your recovery." he said calmly before walking aout of the room and leaving Toshinori Yagi on his own.
TOshinori then looked at both of his hands.
Toshinori:"(I....can breathe.....my head is fuzzy.....the aneshetic still hasn't worn off...I'm alive....)
Toshinori then started to remeer the look on Izuku's face after he cold blooded murdere Mr. Compress infront of the whole nationwide, a calm look on his face as he knew what hewas doing and nobody couldn't have stopped him in any way, no one could've move. No one. THey were all terrifed by what Izuku has just done.
Toshinori:(He knew what he was doing....He didn't care if they had recorded him doing that.......He just knew.......If I were there.....to prevent tht to happen......deal with it as soon as possible.....In that moment ......as my son was killing a criminal right infront of everybody.......I was here, defeated.....in this bed.....I couldn't do anything.......Best Jeanist himself is an inconsistency to part of the accusations.....but, I can't deny the truth......I deemed my son as a failure.....It wasn't long before I tossed him aside and forgot.......I didn't gave him any sighns of empathy or affection towards him.....I was a self righteous man who wallows in his own self importance........It's coming back to me......everything that I've done in my past......even thought I've survived.....All Might is dead......H-He murder someone, b-but I can't fight my son...)
Toshinori was now crying until he noticed Izumi who half opened the door of the room as the two made eye contact.
Izumi:"Erm......"she then close the door and told her mother Inko Yagi that Toshinri was now crying and it wasn't time.
Toshinori then whipped away his tears as he then screamed telling them to come in.
Then both Inko and Izumi entered the room.
Izumi:"Erm...Hi, dad. How convenient! We all just got here....."she said clearly prentending that nothing has happen.
Toshinori :"Are you girls....unharmed?"he asked.
Inko:"Honey, why were you.....crying?"she asked her husband.
Toshinori:"Sorry.....I'm truly......sorry....Sorry.....It's too late....The Regret and guilt for my crimes weighing on me now......now my heart is......"
Inko:"Your heart is what? Regrets. Guilt. Everybody's carrying those feelings much more than you. I'm here, because I came to talk about our family....and about Izuku."she said as she then placed a flower next Toshinori's bed as Izumi just looked down at her hands ans she thought about what Izuku has done and the reason why he's like thi.
