Aonung pulls his hand off of him, then Na'haji walks up to them. Neteyam instantly glares up at him and stands in front of Aonung.

Neteyam- What did you say to him?

Aonung pulls him back by his shoulder, but he shrugs him off.

Aonung- Neteyam, stop.

Neteyam- No.

He takes a step forward and presses a finger against Na'haji's chest.

Neteyam- Stay the hell away from him, you don't know who you're dealing with.

Na'haji- I think I do. We are similar.

Neteyam- Aonung is nothing like you.

Na'haji- Oh really? Two destined chiefs.

Neteyam- So what?

Na'haji- Both sons of deceased leaders.

Neteyam- That doesn't make you similar.

Na'haji- Both misunderstood.

Neteyam- I understand him.

Na'haji- Both with orbs set ablaze.

Neteyam- What the hell are you talking about?

Na'haji- Both betrayed by someone dear.

Neteyam snaps his gaze back to Aonung with pure shock.

Neteyam- You told him about Mo'dan?!

Aonung- No. I told him about Lo'ak.

Neteyam- Lo'ak? Why would you even mention it to him?

Na'haji- He asked about my scar, so I told him about it, and he told me about himself.

Neteyam- Scar?

Neteyam turns his gaze back to Na'haji, seeing him hold his bangs to the side, revealing a scar across his eye that has no color. It's blinded.

Neteyam- So while he treated us like shit, you guys were just getting along in the background?

He turns back to Aonung, looking hurt, and the boy's ears lay.

Neteyam- So Lo'ak was right.

Aonung- I tried to get him to stop, but you guys didn't make it easy.

Neteyam- How the hell are we the problem?

Aonung- You didn't make any effort to get along, at all.

Neteyam- Are you serious right now? He was just being cruel because of his jealousy, but we're the problem?

Aonung- I'm not saying you're a problem, I'm just saying you all assumed he was just a bad guy. I went to talk to him myself and found out otherwise.

Neteyam- Why didn't you tell the rest of us?

Aonung- Because I wanted you to see that yourselves. To actually put some effort into trying to fix it, or understand him.

Familiar words. It's what he did to his siblings, giving opportunities to learn something, teaching indirectly for his sake. But he's never done this to him, he never needed to.

Neteyam- You think I needed to be taught some kind of lesson?

Aonung- Not just you.

Neteyam- What, you think this asshole really has something to teach you?
