Dear Diary,
This morning, was the most painful thing I had ever went through. Not physically but emotionally. We left for Heathrow and in the car all of us did nothing but hug. Maria even came with us which I loved. I remember I didn't like Maria at first but now I can't bear to leave her.
In our private suite at the airport, we hugged for several moments before we said our goodbyes. "Just take care" Kate sobbed. I hugged her and we sobbed together. I said goodbye to Maria in Spanish; she said to me: "Adiós querida" which means "Goodbye dear one". I replied the same thing before we hugged.
I hugged William goodbye before we gave each other a salute before I went on to George. He actually spoke to me. He has been speaking for a while but I've not noted he has spoke. "Goodbye Day-Day" he kissed my cheek. I hugged him tightly before we rubbed noses. "I love you Day-Day" George whispered. "I love you too Georgie" I cried before I kissed his cheek.
We then headed downstairs, all of us holding hands. Kate squeezed mine. Just before I headed out onto the runway, Kate kissed my cheek and we cuddled tightly. "Goodbye Kate" I cried. She was more emotional than I was! The person who had been a large part of her life this year, was now leaving it. "Goodbye Dayna".
