Dear Diary,

Today we got to visit the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra, attend a reception at Parliament House and plant a tree at the National Arboretum. Tomorrow before we leave, we'll be planting a 'Lone Pine' tree. I'm allowed to plant it tomorrow and Kate will do the one today.

Anyway, the National Portrait Gallery was amazing. I put on a ruby red suit which was a jacket and skirt and a black silk blouse underneath. It was a replica of the red suit Jackie Kennedy wore to celebrate the Emancipation Proclamation at the White House on February 12th 1963. I also put on some red shoes.

This was one of our last engagements of the entire tour as we're due to depart Australia for England on Friday 25th.

Anyway in the gallery, we took a massive admire to a huge portrait of Crown Princess Mary of Denmark. In the portrait Mary is wearing a gorgeous blue gown and a sash over her shoulder. What's more Kate is the patron of London's National Portrait Gallery so it was really exciting for her too. Kate said she has to take me to the Gallery one of the times when we have a day off.

Kate and I wandered around admiring everything. Besides history, I love art. Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent van Gogh, Andy Warhol, Hans Holbien,  you name it. I love art. With art I am also able to design my clothes with Katie.

After the gallery, we went back to our residence and got dressed into our more formal clothes. I got dressed into another Jackie Kennedy piece, a replica of the dress she wore to the dinner in Paris hosted by President Charles de Gaulle on May 31st 1961. Kate turned out formal as well and we attended the glorious reception.

Eventually it was back to get dressed again. I got dressed into a final Jackie Kennedy piece. It was a replica of the pink coat she wore when she arrived in New Delhi in March 1962. We watched the tree planting ceremony and headed back to our residence. I still want to keep it private from prying eyes.

When we got back it was getting near sunset and I got into my pyjamas. What's more, new on Anna. She has faced trial back in England and she is to get a life sentence in jail! However she is to be kept away from London, instead she is staying at a prison in Northern England so she is far away from us.

I feel a whole lot safer. And if we are to travel to Northern England, Anna is to be transferred to a prison in Wales until we leave. It is all planned! It took me a while to get to sleep. Tomorrow we leave for England.

We had to pack up everything before we went to bed. Our luggage has left for the plane and our carry on luggage will be left in our private area on board. And we were allowed to pack fresh clothes to get changed on board. I've packed some casual clothes for onboard and some formal clothes for our arrival home.

Goodnight Australia!
