〖 THE NEXT MORNING 〗

My eyes slowly opens but I immediately squint as sun rays shine brightly on my face. I peer over at Jimin's side of the bed but it's empty.
I get myself up, sitting on the side of the bed, feeling disgruntled until a get sudden hot flashes of the last moments of my dream.
I look around the room, massaging my pounding head until realizing this isn't my shared room with Jimin. Instantly my body temperature rises and panic grows inside, only now realizing that what I had dreamt truly had happened.
My tired body fully wakes up as I scan frantically around the unfamiliar room.
Where am I?
I glance ahead of me as I sit on the side of the bed to see a another glass wall that leads out to a balcony view of a lake and next to it is a door to the bathroom.
A lake?
I shift my eyes towards the front that faces the bed, still revealing a green lake with an abundance of mountains in the backdrop.
I quickly run towards the glass wall as I look out trying to confirm if what I'm seeing is truly real.
But my vision still stays the same. I seem to be in the country-side or something. Far down I see a small little white cabin right along the lake shore. The sky is indeed so blue, everything around is so vibrant. Pristine and tranquil view surrounds the area.
My heart jumps in happiness and relief, knowing who's the mastermind of all this—Jimin.
I just know he planned this. He really likes to surprise me in the most oddest way. But I'll forgive him for this. This place is breath-taking and so calming.
I eagerly walk out the room, excited to see Jimin and explore this incredible place. I walk down the hallway glancing at every corner, astounded of the interior design of this place.
All walls are pure white and almost the entire place has glass walls, allowing sunlight in and a clear view of the surrounding area.
I make my way down the stairs still feeling shock and amaze at every sight.
No one seems to be inside the house.
The house is completely quiet but I can hear the soft sounds of nature coming from outside.
Where could Jimin be? Did he bring the boys as well?
I pass by the living room of the house and abruptly stop to admire how beautiful it is. I've never seen a living room so peaceful. The glass walls gives the view of the outside, as it enlightens the room, enabling a wide view of the beautiful scenery outside.
Maybe Jimin is outside...
I finally make my way outside, sliding the door open and the first thing that comes to view is the beautiful spring fed lake and the mountains that surrounds it reflects onto the calm green water with an occasional ripple.
It really is so breath-taking, so calming and peaceful. The smell of nature and the sounds of the birds passing above and insects flood my ears, feeling a sense of calmness.
I quickly turn myself around to face the lake-house to get a good view of what exactly the house looks like from the outside. It's a multi-story monolith with a façade of dark concrete.
I turn myself back to face the view, then squint my eyes when I spot a figure from a far, near the shore of the lake.
Finally Jimin.
I first take a moment to inhale the fresh air, inhaling it deep into my lungs and out. In Seoul, the air quality is the worst. This is why I try to stay home as much as possible. But this place is a breath of fresh air. It reminds me of Boseong, but I know it's definitely not Boseong.
I finally walk closer towards Jimin. His back is towards me as he face the lake in-front of him. He's wearing a black bucket hat and his arms on his head, just casually sitting there like he didn't stage a kidnapping. But I'm guessing he didn't bring the boys with him. If he did it would have been chaos by now with Yoongi and Namjoon.
Although I'm happy to see him, a part of me is a little pissed off that he did all this to bring me here when all he had to do was ask and I would made some time. But today wasn't a good day to bring me here. I had an important meeting with the board team and since I'm here, I need to give them a call to apologize for my absence.
I get a sudden frustration with the thought of work and I quickly walk towards him, ready to cuss him out for scaring me like that for no reason and making me miss work.
"Jimin!" I yell out almost nearing him.
"Jimin, why the hell did—" I finally face him but my mouth gapes open and my soul sweeps away to see a man in-front of me that I didn't expect.
My entire body is completely still like a statue for a long while.
This wasn't the blonde hair man I expected to see. It's a black haired man with an arrogant smirk on his face.
"Good morning, baby!" Jungkook smiles, ignoring my shock expression. "How was your sleep?"
What is he doing here?
Wait...he must had been the one who had put me to sleep and kidnapped me here!
My internal panic comes back, engulfing my entire body. I feel the muscles in my heart and chest tighten with incredible force.
I'm doomed.
"J-jungkook?" I finally speak, feeling lost for words.
"Yes baby, that's my name," he proudly answers then chuckles to himself like this whole thing is funny to him.
"W-hat are you..." Internally I'm refusing to believe that this is real. I wanted it to be Jimin. "What are you doing here?"
"Um I own this place," he responds calmly. "Who did you expect it would be? Jimin?" Then a mischievous grin appears on his face. "Or maybe Taehyung?"
I don't respond as my brain is having a hard time trying to accept that I've been kidnapped by Jungkook until I finally take in the whole situation. Immediately, anger starts rising in me, feeling my frustration about to explode. "JUNGKOOK! WHERE AM I!? AND WHY DID YOU TAKE ME HERE?"
"Baby, do you want to eat breakfast? I already made some for you," he says calmly. He completely ignored everything I had said, and doesn't seem to show any sign that he cared.
I glare at him with great irritation. "JUNGKOOK, BRING ME HOME NOW!"
But he still ignores me and continuous to smile at me as if everything is okay.
"I can't do that. You need a boat to get home and as you can see there's no boat in sight."
"Ugh!" I can feel my blood boiling, wanting badly to continue scolding him but I just know there would be no use in talking to him right now.
I turn my attention to my surroundings, trying to find ways I can leave from this place. It seems to be a private lake house. I see no exit or signs of cars, or boats—nothing. But there seem to be a house peeking through up in the deep forest from a far distance. I don't know if people would be in there or how I would get there. I might end up getting lost in the forest.
"There's no use in trying to escape, baby," he says, noticing me looking around at every angle of the area. "You need a boat to get out of here to make it to the pier."
"What do you mean?" I ask with frustration still in my voice. "Where am I?"
"Gangwon-do, Chuncheon."
"WHAT!" I couldn't believe it. I'm miles away from home. "Why did you bring me here?"
"Why wouldn't I bring you here?" He chuckles.
He's really getting on my damn nerves. Why is he acting like he didn't just kidnap me from work and brings me to the middle of no where, far away from civilization.
"It's the family lake house." He finally stands up as he towers over me. The smirk on his face finally fades, and now looks to take me seriously. "You should eat, I already made some food."
"No, I don't want to eat your stupid food. I want to go home now!" I demand, as I fold my arms.
"Baby, relax—" He tries to come closer, reaching his hands towards me.
"Relax?" I cut him off, as I take a step back not allowing him to touch me. "You want me to fucking relax? JUNGKOOK YOU HAD ME KIDNAPPED USING A SLEEPING GAS AND BROUGHT ME TO THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE AND YOU EXPECT ME TO FUCKING RELAX!"
He puts his hands onto his black shorts, as he watches me looking unfazed. Then suddenly he starts laughing, and his stupid arrogant smirk appears once again. "Oh baby, I wouldn't say kidnap, I look at it as taking back something that belongs to me."
"Unless..." he steps closer towards me, feeling a sudden nervousness, "you're into that sexual role-playing fantasy where I kidnap you?" His fingers slides onto my sides and down my waist as he pulls me closer towards him, feeling paralyzed by his touch.
"Where I'm the bad guy and you're the cute sweet innocent girl..." he licks his lips, and I feel a sudden chills run down my body from his alluring eyes. "I can tie you to the bed if you want? Or maybe hand-cuff you?"
My senses finally kick in and I push him off of me with great disgust on my face. I immediately turn to walk away. I had enough of him. I'm just going to be wasting my time, when I should be figuring out a way out of here.
But he grabs my arm and pulls me back. "Baby I'm just playing with you. I just wanted...to talk to you, but I know it would be hard to do that since you're so stubborn, so I figured to bring you to a place you can't run away from me."
I search his eyes for a moment to see any signs of humanity in him but I only see dark and devilish eyes. "You psychopath!"
"Call me whatever you want," he smirks, letting go of my hand. "But I know damn well deep down, you're happy to be stuck in a lake island with me."
"Why would I be happy about that?" I scoff.
"Because all girls had beg me to take them to a private island and have me fuck them. But of course I never did. So you're the lucky girl." His eyes glints in excitement.
"Jungkook cut the bullshit and tell what the hell is it that you even want to talk about with me when there's nothing to talk about."
"Baby, there's lots to talk about." He suddenly becomes serious.
"Like what?" I sneer.
"About you and me."
"There's no you and me anymore, Jungkook," I snap. "Why are you so delusional?"
He falls silent for a moment, looking a little hurt. "Y/n I won't hurt you. I really just want us to talk."
"You couldn't do that in Seoul?"
"Y/n, you don't even want to see me," his voice strains. "All you do is push me away. I had to do what I had to do. This is just the only way to not have you run away, and have no choice but to talk to me."
I didn't answer as I try to figure him out. What is he planning with me?
But my mind churns with overwhelming thoughts from all sort of things, from work, Jimin and being stuck in this place with him.
My entire body feels so stressed out as I brush past him and walk back towards the house.
"C'mon baby, just relax and enjoy this place," I hear him say but I continue walking. "I promise you, you will love it here. In the end, you might never even want to leave and you'll probably rather stay here with me."
I speed walk back into the house then run upstairs to the room I was in, feeling upset and flustered. I quickly lock the door and sit miserably on the bed trying to figure out what to do.
I want to get out of here. Jimin must be worried sick about me. But how can I even leave this lake island?
