"Do you know where she is?"
"No"
"Did you help her?"
"No"
"Are you sure, you didn't help (Y/N) Black with the murders?"
"I'm positive give me a cup laced with Vetisetrum if you don't believe me"
"Fine"
A man shared a look with two other people as one of them left the room and came back with a cup of juice. They passed it to the guy sitting down, he looked down at the drink and picked it up as he kept eye contact with the person in front of him. Once he finished the drink he smacked his lips together and placed the cup down, leaning back in his chair.
"Go ahead ask anything, I can't lie now"
"Did you help Black murder all those muggles!"
"No, I wouldn't help her even if she begged me with her life"
"Where were you the night she was on her killing spree!?"
"At home with my family worried about my sisters whereabouts"
"I'm going to ask you again, do you know where she is?"
It was silent, Oliver looked away from the man and looked at the other two. He looked back down at his cup, seeing that it was empty. The man in front of him was growing impatient, Oliver stood up from his seat as he placed his hands inside his jacket pocket.
"Yes, I know where she is...but I want to be the one to catch her, she deserves what comes to her" said Oliver, walking towards the man.
"If you catch Black, we'll let the Minister leave you off. If you catch your own sister, we'll believe you have nothing to do with her" The man stuck his hand out.
"Fine by me" Oliver eyed his hand before walking past him and out the door, the two other Aurors following behind him. He fixed his jacket sleeve, taking out his wand as he walked into Gawain Robards office.
"Didn't I tell you to knock Josh--Oh, Mr.Black" Gawain Robards stood up from his seat as he cleared his throat, "I don't think it such a--"
"I need all the Aurors you have" Oliver interrupted, "We're catching Black, today"
Gawain Robards gave Oliver a skeptical look unsure if he should believe him or not. "How do I know i'm not going to send the Aurors into a trap"
"Because i'm not letting what she did affect me" Oliver defended, "I also took Vetisetrum, so i'm not lying"
"Take whoever you want kid" Robards smiled as he walked towards him, placing a hand on his shoulder, "We're glad, your on the right side of this"
Oliver just nodded as he walked out of his office and where the Aurors were including Tonks and Kingsley. Both giving him a weird looks but he ignored it and stood in the middle of the room.
"You're all coming with me, we're not letting Black escape. I have permission from Mr. Robards. I know where she could be" Oliver announced, everyone in the room whispering with one another, "Are you all here to talk with one another or to work, let's get going!"
Tonks rushed over to his side and grabbed his arm making him turn around to look at her, "What do you think you're doing, you're talking about your sister here Oliver!"
"Don't you think I know that" Oliver whispered as he looked around the room, "Just--Just trust me on this, please Nym it will all make sense later, I promise".
Tonks let out a sigh as she just nodded, Oliver giving her a small smile before walking away from her.
"I just hope (Y/N) is right about all this" Oliver mumbled as he grabbed his leather jacket, "Come on!"
"Next time Oliver or you ever say the words, 'we need a favour'--i'm walking the other way"
"Well, you should've walked the other way a long time ago then. I mean when you heard the words 'Hi my name is (Y/N) Black and this is my idiot twin of a brother Oliver Black'"
"The only reason I didn't walk away back then was because--You know never mind"
(Y/N) only let out a small chuckle as she walked inside the cottage, Liam behind her as he closed the door. She walked into the living room, looking around she spotted pictures of her, Oliver and Liam together.
"How will this work again?" Liam asked, taking a seat on the couch looking at her. (Y/N) looked away from the pictures and took a seat next to him, "Oliver will let me know"
"Patronus?"
(Y/N) nodded as he nodded in response. It was silent the only noise being heard was the fire wood cracking. (Y/N) was fidgeting her necklace as she looked at the fire, Liam was playing with his ring, the silence wasn't awkward more like comfortable. Liam shifted in his seat as he was able to look at her.
"You trust me, right?". (Y/N)'s gaze shifted from the fire to Liam as she gave him a blank look, "I know it took you time to trust me again, but you trust me now right?"
"Yeah, why are you--"
"I need you to promise that whatever happens, you'll trust my judgement and give a chance to explain everything" Liam interrupted her.
She looked into his green eyes to see him in a serious state, she had a feeling he wanted to tell her more but didn't push it. (Y/N) took ahold his hand and interlocked their fingers, Liam looked down at their hands as she leaned in and kissed his cheek.
"I promise, but you better have a pretty good damn explanation" (Y/N) told him as she pulled away. Liam laughed at her response, nodding. A blue wisp came into the cottage catching both their attention, it was a shaped as a dog before either of them could admire it any longer a voice spoke.
"Some are making their way to the cottage, my half are just about to make our way to the Burrow, better hurry"
Once it stopped talking it disappeared. (Y/N) stood up and took off her leather jacket and Liam passed her one of his hoodies. She took it and put it on, pulling the hood over her head, fixing her hair. She took her wand and placed it inside the hood pocket.
"You know the plan right, Sirius and The Weasleys are at the Burrow. Once the Aurors come here--"
"I know, I know just hurry" Liam ushered her. (Y/N) walked out the cottage at the same time, multiple whooshing noises were heard, she turned around to see about six Aurors walking her way.
"I SEE SOMEONE" An Auror yelled, (Y/N) glanced at them before apperating to the Burrow.
It was pouring out where the Burrow was, thunder could be heard. The wind howling as it blew the Burrow was now fixed and everyone helping cleaning around the house. Sirius was still feeling a little unsure leaving (Y/N) alone in 12 Grimmauld place, Mason was sick laying in bed so he accompanied everyone to the Burrow. Fleur and Bill took Eliza to her mother's place for sometime so they haven't arrived yet.
Lupin and Harry approached Sirius in the living room as Harry had two cups of Butterbeer. Sirius didn't notice them, his gaze fixed on the rain and his mind wandering elsewhere. Fred wanting to stay with her in Grimmauld so she wouldn't have to feel alone, well technically alone with Kreacher that is but (Y/N) basically kicked him out telling him to go and that she'll be fine alone.
Even when she said that Fred still felt something off about it. Although he didn't want to question her, he still felt like he wasn't doing enough to help her with the current situation. (Y/N) was now a few feet away from the Burrow, she quickly ran inside knowing she didn't have enough time. Mrs.Weasley and Ginny heard the front door open they turned around to see someone in a hoodie.
Mrs.Weasley pulled out her wand out along with Ginny, pointing their wands straight at her, "I suggest you leave my home this instant!". (Y/N) quickly took her hood off as she put her hands in the air, "It's me"
"How do we know your not some imposter" Ginny narrowed her eyes at her. The twins, Harry, Mason, Sirius and Lupin making their way to the kitchen to look at the scene.
"You look lovely today Gin, you know if it doesn't work out with--" (Y/N) smirked as she looked at her up and down.
"Alright fine" Ginny blushed furiously as she ran towards her and pulled her into a hug, "Lucky you didn't finish that sentence". (Y/N) laughed as she hugged her.
"I think that will confirms it's her" Mason nodded, as the rest agreed. Mr.Weasley rushed his way inside the Burrow with a look of distress, his eyes landing on (Y/N).
"You need to leave (Y/N), now" Ginny pulled away as (Y/N) looked at him a sigh escaping her lips, "The Aurors are coming here--"
"I know" (Y/N) interrupted as she looked at everyone in the room, "I just really need to say something--"
"Well whatever it is, it can wait when we get home" Sirius cut her off, he walked towards her and opened the front door making his way out but (Y/N) stayed inside, "Come on ((Y/N)/N), don't you realize what's about to--"
"I do alright" (Y/N) replied as she pulled him back inside closing the door behind her, "I'm not running for the rest of my life, I need to let the Aurors take me to the Ministry--that's why I told Oliver to head to the Ministry earlier"
"YOU WHAT!" The twins, Mason, Harry, Lupin and Sirius shouted at the same time. (Y/N) gave them a sharp look, "Just listen, when Oliver gets here with the Aurors...just go along with him please. I don't want anyone to get blame for hiding me"
"(Y/N)--" Lupin stated.
"Please" (Y/N) begged as she looked at them, "Just this once"
Fred looked at her with a worried expression, he glanced at George who was looking at her with the same look as well. Fred sighed but before any of them had the chance to respond, multiple whooshing sounds were being heard this time not being the wind. Harry and Ginny made their way to the Kitchen window to see Oliver with Tonks and Kingsley at his side, more Aurors coming behind them.
Ron made his way downstairs yawning as he scratched his hair.
"There here, with Oliver and Tonks" Said Ginny looking away from the window to (Y/N).
"What are you going to do now?" Fred asked, (Y/N) finally looked at him and shrugged, "Something stupid"
"When don't you" George joked with a small smile, she smiled as she glanced at everyone one last time, her eyes landing on Mr.Weasley, "There's a back door right?"
Mr.Weasley nodded, she made her way past everyone as they followed her. The back door was slightly open she pushed it fully letting it make a creaking sound, a loud knock was heard at the front door making (Y/N) slightly nervous.
"(Y/N), promise me one thing" Sirius spoke, (Y/N) looked at him, "Don't get yourself hurt"
"Can't really promise that" (Y/N) smiled as she pulled her hood over and ran out the Burrow. She took her wand out of her pocket and threw it up in the air before catching it. Mrs.Weasley opened the front door as Kingsley and Tonks walked in.
"I'm sorry" Tonks mouthed as she looked at Sirius and Lupin.
"Where's (Y/N) Black" Kingsley spoke, two more Aurors coming into view behind them.
"I--" Mrs.Weasley started but got interrupted by someone yelling. Everyone now walking out to see what was going on.
"STOP RUNNING!"
"BLACK!"
(Y/N) turned around to see two Aurors she knew too well, she sighed as she saw how they were looking at her. Fred was about to pull out his want but Mrs.Weasley shaking her head as she looked at him with a pitiful look. (Y/N) cursed herself inside as she turned around and threw a spell at them.
"Expelliarmus!"
The Auror that was closest to her didn't have time to block as his wand flew out of his hand as she caught it. The Auror stopped chasing after her as the other one continued, she ran through the marshes trying to lose him, two more Aurors helping him out. Kingsley and Tonks being the only ones not going after her and staying behind.
(Y/N) stopped running as she panted, trying to catch her breath.
"Stupefy!"
"Impedimenta!"
"Locomotor Wibbly!"
All the spells where aimed straight at her, she tried to make it shield but nothing, her hands burning when she tried. Each spell missed her by an inch, she quickly looked down at her hands to see a cloud a black spoke coming out instead. (Y/N) looked away from her hands and behind her to see figures approaching, she regained her energy and ran back to the Burrow.
"I thought you said you saw Oliver" Lupin commented as he looked at Ginny and Harry, "He's not here"
"We saw him" Harry reassured him, "I just don't know where he went"
"Well, he needs to hurry if he's going to help (Y/N) out of this one" Fred mumbeld.
(Y/N) made her way out of the marshes the Burrow now being into view, her eyes landed on Fred but that was short lived when a spell was aimed at her causing her to fall backwards. Fred's gaze shifted to the person only leaving him in a confused state. Oliver Black has his wand pointed at her, a cold expression on his face.
"I CAUGHT HER!" Oliver yelled as he heard the other Aurors making their way towards them.
"Stupefy!"
(Y/N) pointed her wand at him as he fell over, her taking the chance to get up. Oliver got himself together as he got up glaring at her.
"What are they doing, I mean what is Oliver doing!?" Fred exclaimed as he looked between them, "Did he forget that's his--"
"I think this is what (Y/N) was talking about" Mason said as he looked at him, "This is the plan Oliver and (Y/N) have"
"Drop the wand Black!" An Auror yelled behind her, "Looks like family is not always going to help you out!"
(Y/N) removed the hood out her head as she looked at Oliver, he nodded slightly as she dropped both wands she had in her hand. The rain not slowing down, Oliver made his way towards her and grabbed her arm, turning her around as he took ahold of her other arm pulling it behind her back.
"You know, you owe me. I'm looking like the bad guy here" Oliver whispered in her ear, (Y/N) just smiled as she looked down.
"Take her to the Ministry,--" Kingsley instructed.
"She better get a trial" Sirius advised as he walked towards the other Aurors, "If not the new Minister is going to have words with me"
"Of course she'll get a trail" An Auror spoke up, "Not that I think she needs one"
"What was that" Sirius snarled as he glared at him, the Auror going wide eye, surprised that he was heard, "I thought so!"
"I'll take her to Ministry" Oliver announced looking at Kingsley, "Everyone else better head back"
The other Aurors nodded as they left only leaving Tonks and Kingsley with Oliver, (Y/N) and the rest of the family. Oliver released her from his grip as she ran towards Sirius and hugged him.
(Y/N) never wanted to say anything but she was scared, she never thought it will come to this. She just wanted to be able to be with her family with no problems going on, (Y/N) was afraid of walking into the Ministry and having people actually believe it was her. She wanted to disappear from this, she wanted to run away but knew it wouldn't do her any good.
"We were doing so great as a family, this just can't be it" Sirius mumbled into her hair as he held her tight, "It hasn't been long since we reunited now I have let you go again"
(Y/N) closed her eyes as she tried not to cry, she had no idea what was coming next. Sirius pulled aways as Lupin pulled her in for a hug and kissed the top of her head. Oliver now getting a feeling of regret for going along with the plan, he looked down at his wand as he held it tightly almost breaking it.
She was now going to hug Fred, he didn't waste a second before pulling her into a hug. This was her breaking point, she didn't want to leave him for some reason she knew she wasn't going to come back right away. (Y/N) took in his scent Cinnamon, Fireworks, Toffee and mint toothpaste, she felt safe when he was with her.
"You know, we could just run away together--change our names and live a different life" Fred mumbled into her ear as she let out a small laugh. Tears forming in his eyes as she tighten her grip on him.
"I think it's time to go" Tonks spoke up, "They're going to start wondering why were taking long"
The rain started to pour harder as everyone started to make their way inside the Burrow. Fred and (Y/N) were still hugging not caring if it was raining, they just know they were with one another. Oliver cleared his throat, "((Y/N)/N), we really need to go"
(Y/N) noded as they both pulled away. Their faces being inches apart, their foreheads against one other, their noses touching. They had their eyes closed, their breath fanning each others lips the sound of the rain trickling being heard.
"I promise to come back...I won't be gone for long, love" (Y/N) whispered as she ran her fingers through his damp hair, "Everything's going to be okay, I promise"
Fred shook his head as he pulled her closer their chest touching, her back arching slightly, "We both know this is not going to go our way"
"Way to stay positive" (Y/N) smiled, Fred chuckled rubbed their noses together, "I love you Fred Weasley, when I come back, i'll show you how much. I promise"
Fred didn't waste a second before connecting their lips, (Y/N) placed one hand on his jaw as their lips moved in sync. Both of them pouring all their emotions into it, the rain pouring heavily, lighting now being seen. Fred pulled on her bottom lip as she let out a small whimper only him to hear.
(Y/N) pulled away as she took ahold of his face and kissed his cheek before letting go and out of his grip. Oliver made his way next to her and took ahold of her arm she smiled smiled at Fred one last time before Oliver apperated himself and her back to the Ministry. Fred feeling a piece on himself getting taken away from him, George running his way as he pulled him into a hug, George hearing a sob leave his lips.

It was now a few days after (Y/N) was taken to the Ministry of Magic, her trail was getting taken place today. Harry and Mason had to beg Sirius to let them head to Hogwarts later than they should so they could attend to the trial, Sirius agreeing with the idea. It took Ron and Ginny a lot more convincing to let Mr and Mrs.Weasley agree to the same idea, after a few times they finally agreed.
Fred has been busy himself with work since (Y/N) was taken, George tried to get him to relax but nothing worked. George even alerted Lee Jordan about the situation, him making his way a few hours since (Y/N) was gone to help out Fred and everyone else. Lupin and Tonks were currently staying with Sirius in Grimmauld place to help him out, even Oliver stopped going to work always telling them some lame excuse.
(Y/N) was getting ready in a room they gave her in the low level in the Ministry, since she was giving a trial but didn't send her to Azkaban right away. Since she was considered a dangerous person to be running around England, she wasn't able to leave. (Y/N) wearing a black suit, with some black converse.
She sat on her bed as she looked down at her rings but her focus on the ring with the word 'Dandelion' on it. A loud knock came from the front door as she didn't look away from her ring but said a small 'come in'.
"Good you're ready" A guard spat as he looked at her, "Get up we--"
"I don't want to hear some stupid lecture, I know what time it is" (Y/N) stood up as she walked in front of him and stuck her hands forward. "Hurry, we don't have a lot of time" she mocked him.
The guard glared at her as he placed some cuffs on her hand before going down on one knee and placing some cuffs on her ankles making her sigh but a smirk quickly played on her lips.
"You don't need to bow down to me, I already know i'm a queen, this is just boosting up my ego"
He got up as he grabbed her arm and pushed her in front of him. (Y/N) let out a small laugh as he scowled at her comment.
"Get moving" The guard snapped.
The Weasleys, the Black's, Mason, Harry, Lee Jordan and Lupin were taking their seats in the courtroom. All of Wizengamot were also getting settled down, George and Fred caught sight of Percy as he took a seat at the end of their row with a sad look on his face. Harry was looking around the room and caught sight of Narcissa Malfoy and Draco Malfoy, his expression turning into a scowl.
"The audacity they have coming here" Harry whispered to Mason as he followed his gaze.
Narcissa and Draco were making their seats a row below them, Draco looked at Harry and Mason with a small smirk but to Mason it looked unpleasant. Narcissa on the other hand, her eyes were bloodshot red, the color on her face was now pale she almost looked sick. She caught Sirius and Oliver's eye, she quickly looked away and settled down.
"What is she doing here?" Sirius asked, his eyes on Narcissa. Oliver glanced away from her to look at him, "She was always there for us dad, she's probably here to support (Y/N)"
Sirius didn't say anything as he didn't keep his eyes off her and Draco. Rufus Scrimgeour took his seat in the tall chair, everyone now stopped talking. Gawain Robards passed him a file as he took it out of his hands.
"Open the door" Rufus Scrimgeour order, two guards opened the front doors everyone's gaze looking over to see (Y/N) walking inside, Tonks beside her.
"Are the chains really necessary" Tonks argued with the guard as (Y/N) glanced at her.
"Yes it is, I wouldn't fuss too much about it. They'll be off once she takes her seat" The guard rolled his eyes. (Y/N) was now in sight of everyone, whispers were heard she continued walking until she made it to the center of the room two seats set there.
(Y/N) looked at the guard and gestured to her hands. He took out the key and took of the chains from her hands and then the one at her ankles, she rubbed her wrist before taking her seat, Tonks sitting next to her as the guards stood at each side of them.
"It's going to be fine, just take a deep breath alright" Tonks whispered to her, she nodded as she played with her rings.
"Disciplinary hearing of the ten of January" Rufus Scrimgeour announced, (Y/N)'s gaze still not meeting his, "Witness for defense, state your name". Tonks stood up from her seat as she walked towards the front almost tripping making (Y/N) smile slightly.
"T--Nymphadora Tonks" said Tonks bitterly as she rolled her eyes saying her first name. Rufus Scrimgeour nodded as he wrote it down, "The accused please stand and state your name--full name"
(Y/N) stood up as she felt her mouth go dry and she finally made eye contact with the Minister of Magic. She cleared her throat and fidgeted with her rings.
"(Y/N) Marlene Potter-Black"
