It was the day before the first task will take place and the twins were comforting Harry. It was also the same day [Y/N] and Eliza were going on their 'date' to which Oliver still not approved of. [Y/N] has confronted Liam about what Melissa told her in the halls a few weeks ago but Liam reassuring her that nothing happened between them and that he was going to stop tutoring her.
"How does this look?" [Y/N] asked Angelina. [Y/N] was wearing black cargo pants, white tank top with a long sleeve button plaid shirt and black sneakers her hair in a ponytail.
"You look amazing." Angelina beamed.
"Thanks Angie." [Y/N] smiled before glancing at the clock, "Bullocks I'm gonna be late see you later."
"Bye [Y/N], enjoy your date!" Angelina snag. [Y/N] rolled her eyes playfully before walking down to see The twins and Lee sitting in couch talking to Oliver and Hermione beside him.
"Good evening, peasants." [Y/N] smiled, putting her wand away.
"Peasants?" Oliver asked offended.
"You know those people that-"
"I know what peasants are! See you're ready for your date." Oliver exclaimed with a small frown looking at his sister up and down.
"Yes I am. Which I'm running late to now. Goodbye!" [Y/N] waved walking out the portrait hole.
[Y/N] walked towards the Hufflepuff common room but she quickly made a stop to the courtyard and grabbed some flowers, [Y/N] started growing a few months ago. Once [Y/N] got the flowers, she was finally standing outside the common room waiting for Eliza to come out. She didn't wait long until the common room door open and Eliza came out- she was wearing denim jeans, yellow blouse and white sneakers with a blue sweater, her hair down.
"You look lovely." [Y/N] smiled.
"Thank you, you do too." Eliza smiled, her hair color turning a bright yellow, "Those for me?"
"Yeah. Here- Come on, I already know where to take you." [Y/N] grabbed Eliza's hand, pulling her into a secret tunnel and making their way into Hogsmeade. [Y/N] and Eliza first visit was Zonko's, [Y/N] showing Eliza her favorite things there and Eliza talking a little bit more about herself.
The girls laughed and joked around, [Y/N] insisted paying for anything Eliza wanted, even though she protested multiple times- [Y/N] didn't take no for an answer. The girls finally decided to end it with butterbeers.
"You go find us a table. I'll order the drinks." [Y/N] smiled, Eliza nodded and took the bags before walking away.
"Oi, can I have two butterbeers please?" [Y/N] told the bartender. He nodded before walking off.
"Samantha Potter?" A women asked, [Y/N] furrowed her eyebrows before turning around.
"Oh sorry. You just look so much like your mother." Madam Rosmerta smiled, "How are you dear?"
"Oh I'm fine and trust me I get that a lot." [Y/N] chuckled.
"Sometimes it's hard to forget she's actually gone, I remember seeing here loads of times with her brother and their friends. She actually came here with a certain boy who wasn't in their friend group, I think I have a picture of them he came here once and left it. If you want I can go and get it?" Rosmerta explained.
"Yeah sure." [Y/N] smiled, Rosmerta smiled before going upstairs.
"Two butterbeers." A man called. [Y/N] turned around and payed him before taking the butterbeers to where Eliza was sitting.
"Sorry it took so long." [Y/N] passed Eliza her butterbeer before taking a seat across from her and taking a sip.
"Don't worry, I had a really great time today [Y/N]." Eliza smiled, "Can I tell you something?"
"Yeah, what is it?"
"I know I shouldn't and, I know Oliver's happy with Hermione but I always fancied him and last year when I bumped into him in the bookstore- I was going to ask him out but I froze, and I couldn't. I'm a horrible person, aren't I?" Eliza sighed.
"No you're not Liz. Having feelings for someone is not something you should feel bad for, I love my brother and I know him more than anyone else and trust me when I tell you I see the look in his eyes everytime you're talking to him." [Y/N] started.
"Don't tell him. I don't want to ruin anything with him and Hermione." Eliza said.
"I promise I won't, your secret safe with me." [Y/N] smiled, sticking her pinky out. Eliza smiled before doing the same locking pinkies together and laughing.
"Here you are dear, it took me a while to find it." Madam Rosmerta handed [Y/N] a picture of her mum and a lanky boy with straw color hair laughing. [Y/N] went wide eye before Madam Rosmerta could leave [Y/N] called her back.
"Do you know his name?" Madam Rosmerta looked at [Y/N] with a sad smile and nodded.
"Bartemius Crouch Junior many just called him Barty for short. James and his friends teased him and called him Junior, they never really did like him." Madam Rosmerta explained.
"Barty Crouch had a son?" [Y/N] questioned.
"Yes. Send his own son to Azkaban along with the Lestranges. Crouch till this day won't ever consider him as his son anymore- I would love to keep talking dear but I have other things to do see you soon."
"Bye!" [Y/N] called and turns back to face the Hufflepuff, "Do you wanna go?"
"Yeah it's getting late."
[Y/N] nodded as she got up putting the picture away and helping Eliza with the bags. Both girls sneaking back into the castle through the tunnels.
"Here you are, back to the Hufflepuff common room." [Y/N] smiled.
"Thank you for everything, I really did have a good time. Goodnight." Eliza waved before walking inside the common room. [Y/N] smiled to herself before walking to the Gryffindor common room.
While walking to the common room she was spotted by Mad-Eye Moody, [Y/N] started to run the other way but her name was called behind her. [Y/N] found a place to hide from him, she heard grunting and footsteps walking past her, [Y/N] sighed in relief before quickly walking out as she was about to take another step a hand on her shoulder stopped her. [Y/N] threw her head back and whined.
"Now what do you think your doing walking the corridors this late at night?" Moody grunted.
"Walking." [Y/N] shrugged, Moody rolled his real eye, "What? You asked what I was doing and I told you, walking."
"You better get going back before Snape or McGonagall catch you." Moody said before walking away. [Y/N] raised her eyebrow before taking the picture out and looking back Mad-Eye an idea coming in mind
'James and his friends teased him calling him Junior.'
"Do you know anyone that goes by Junior?" [Y/N] called making Moody stop in his tracks mumbling something under his breath before turning around and seeing [Y/N] holding a picture.
"Why do you think I'll know?" Moody snapped.
"Is just your Mad-Eye Moody, Auror and knows every dark wizard. Uncle Lupin sent me this picture of mum and some bloke a few days ago. Never wanted to tell me his real name but said how uncle James and dad called him Junior and since I never heard of him, maybe he turned into a death eater. Probably know him." [Y/N] asserted.
"No, I don't know anyone that goes by Junior, kid." Moody grunted, "Why do you want to talk to him anyway?"
"If mum was friends with him I want to know more about him." [Y/N] shrugged.
"Let's say you do meet him, What will happen if you don't like who he became into today?" Moody questioned.
"If he did become a death eater, I want to know why? No one really born evil, except maybe Voldemort but nevermind that. If mum was friends with him, maybe she saw something in him no else did." [Y/N] says and the man stares at her, "Well. Goodnight Professor."
"Goodnight," Moody said.
[Y/N] made his way to the Gryffindor common room Mad-Eye was stuck in the spot, "She did see something no else did kid. Samantha was just too late to save me from making the bad choice." he mumbled

It was the day of the first task and [Y/N] was waiting outside the Slytherin common for Oliver. She was playing with her wand when someone wrapped their arms around her waist. [Y/N] tilted her head to the side and noticed Liam with a small smile.
"Hello love, waiting for Oliver?" Liam asked, kissing her cheek.
"Yeah, he's been taking a while- Nevermind" She starts off but stops as Oliver just walked out fixing his hat.
"This hat is going to mess up my hair." Oliver huffed as [Y/N[ and Liam rolled their eyes.
"Who cares? Come on, I want to talk to Harry before the task begins." [Y/N] said, linking her hand with Lima's as Oliver walked beside her.
"I care! It's my hair that's in danger here!" Oliver said throwing his arms in the air dramatically.
"Quit complaining- Come on."
[Y/N], Liam and Oliver were walking down to the stadium but noticed Fred and George placing bets with the rest of the student. Oliver running over to them and helping them making [Y/N] laugh and Liam smile but that faded when he noticed Melissa making her way towards them making him sigh deeply.
"Step up mates! Who fancies a flutter in today's bloodbath?" Fred yelled.
"Smart money's on Krum to survive!" George continued.
"Place your bets on Harry for close second!" Oliver yelled.
[Y/N] gave Oliver a look and she felt a tap on her shoulder and noticed Ginny giving her the same look before they walked over to them. Ginny hitting the twins and [Y/N] grabbing Oliver by the ear.
"OW!" The twins yelled.
"Oi not the ear. OW- OW- OW!" Oliver hissed in pain.
"Don't be so mean." Ginny scolded the twins.
"Oi [Y/N]!" Fred called. [Y/N] let go of Oliver's ear before turning around to look at Fred, "Wanna place a bet!"
"Fine." [Y/N] smiled, she walked up to Fred, "I place my bet on Harry Potter."
"Okay then- I'll see you in a bit just have to place more bets before we go, save us a seat." Fred said.
"Alright then,"
Fred smiled before ruffling her hair and walking up to George. [Y/N] walked back to Liam and Oliver as they were making their way to the stadium. Melissa stood in front of them, making the twins roll their eyes and Liam sends her a glare.
"Hello Liam." Melissa smiled, ignoring the twins.
"Get out the way." Liam snapped.
"I just want to talk. Alone." Melissa said, glancing at [Y/N] then Oliver.
"I don't. Now move." Liam said, before pushing past her and pulling [Y/N] with him, Oliver following.
"Fine than we can talk it in front of your girlfriend and her brother." Melissa called, "Remember-" Melissa was cut off by Liam grabbing her arm as he pulled her away from the twins, "Ow, that hurts."
"I don't care, why can't you just leave me alone?" Liam whispered.
"You know why." Melissa smirked.
"What do you think he's telling her?" Oliver said ,glancing at his best friend and Melissa who we're now arguing.
"I'm going to look for Harry. Go save us seats." [Y/N] mumbled glancing at Liam and Melissa. Oliver watches her leave with a sad expression, his arms crossed as walks to the two arguing.
[Y/N] made her way to the champion tent where she saw all the champions pacing around. Her eyes landing on Harry who was playing with the hem of his robe. [Y/N] rushed over to him, pulling him into a hug to which he quickly returned holding her tight. "I can't do this [Y/N], I'm not ready."
"Harry it's okay. You're going to be fine. I know you'll do great, I believe in you and so does Oli, Mason, Hermione, the twins and even Ron. We'll be cheering you on." [Y/N] reassured the boy. Harry gave her a thankful smile before walking back to take his seat.
"Do I get a good luck chat too?" Someone said behind her. [Y/N] chuckled before turning around being face to face with Cedric Diggory.
"Of course you do Cedric." Cedric smiled before opening his arms, [Y/N] wrapped his arms around his neck him wrapping his around her waist, "You're gonna do great as well, I'm going to cheer you on too. Go luck Diggory."
As she finished talking, a flash was heard and they both let go to notice Rita Skeeter and her camera guy walking in.
"Listen hear you bit-" Cedric went wide eye and covered [Y/N]'s mouth before glaring at Rita skeeter.
"Smart mouth isn't she Diggory." Rita Skeeter gigled, "Pleasure to see you again Ms. Black so tell me who are you supporting the most Potter or Diggory?"
"She can support whoever she wants and this tent is for family and friends only." Viktor Krum spoke up. Rita Skeeter smirked before turning around and her camera taking a picture of him as well.
"No matter we got what we came for. Looks like Ms. Black might even make it the front page with Diggory." Rita smiled before leaving.
"I hate her." [Y/N] snarled, Cedric nodded in agreement, "Anyways good luck Viktor, Fleur."
She went and gave them both a hug before leaving the tent and walking towards the crowded stands where [Y/N] made her way to Oliver, Liam and the twins. She decided to sit in between the twins to watch, Liam furrowing his eyebrow but [Y/N] ignoring him.
"There you are." George smiled
"I was about to go and look for you. Did you go see Harry?" Fred said, wrapping in arm around her shoulder.
"Yeah and bumped into the amazing and lovely Rita Skeeter." [Y/N] said sarcastically.
"Don't let her get to you (Y/N/N)- Look It's about start." Fred smiled, letting go of her shoulder as he cheered along with the crowd.
Cedric was the first, then fleur and then Krum. It was finally Harry's turn and [Y/N] was slightly nervous for him to face dragon which happen to be the Hungarian Horntail. Oliver ended up taking his hat off and run his fingers through his hair more often then when the other champions went.
"And now our final contestant. Welcome our fourth champion!" Dumbledore yelled, Harry starting to make his way out the tent.
"HARRY! HARRY! HARRY!" Students chanted as he was walking out but they suddenly stopped as he was further in.
Harry looked around and noticed no dragon but the egg was clear in sight, he looked into the crowd and made eye contact with [Y/N] who was giving him a reassuring smile before he looked back at the egg and was making its way towards it. Harry didn't get two steps in when the Horntail slammed it's tail, nearly hitting Harry. Oliver and [Y/N] quickly covered their eyes as many 'ohhh', the twins still had their eyes covered but took a quick peak to notice the dragon breathing fire and Harry dodging it as he hid behind a rock.
The dragon being able to fly where he was and slamming his tail only for Harry to dodge it, again. The Horntail lifting his tail, hitting Harry behind the back and sending him a few feet away, Harry quickly getting up to hide behind a rock as the Horntail breathed fire again.
"Come on Harry." [Y/N] muttered as she removed her hand from her eyes, Oliver doing same as he bit his lip.
"Your wand Harry! Your wand!" Hermione yelled.
"Accio Firebolt!" Harry yelled as he flicked his wand.
[Y/N] sighed in relief as she saw his broom soaring through the stands, Harry ran after it and jumped on his broom a swarm of cheers following. He went flying towards the egg but the dragon breathed fire again missing him once more. Harry flew around the arena but the dragon broke free from it's chain following Harry around, [Y/N] by instinct grabbed Fred's hand making them both look down. Fred blushing and [Y/N] going wide eye before pulling away quickly.
"Sorry...I...I didn't mean to." [Y/N] muttered, Fred shook his head before taking her hand and laced it with his.
"Don't worry it's fine." Fred smiled at her, [Y/N] smiled before looking back at the scene.
Harry decided to fly by where the teacher sat he was able to dodge them but the dragon wasn't, the dragon smashed the part of the stand causing Snape, McGonagall and Rita Skeeter to fall over. That earned a loud amount of cheers coming from students except Liam who was looking to see if his dad was fine.
"Well done dragon!" Fred yelled as he let go of [Y/N]'s hand and cheered, as she try to catch Colin attention.
"Oi Colin!" Colin turned around and smiled at [Y/N], "Let me borrow the camera. Thanks- Rita Skeeter!"
Rita turned around to look at [Y/N] as her glasses were on the side of her face and she looked lost, "Smile!"
[Y/N) took a picture of Rita and laughed, "Now this is definitely going to make the front page." Oliver turned to look at his sister with a smile as she smirked and handed Colin his camera back, "When you have the picture tell me." Colin nodded and smiled.
[Y/N] puts her hand back down and was playing with her rings when Fred decided to lace them together again and he played with her rings. She looked up at him and smiled as he smiled back and looked back down at their laced hands with a bright smile his thumb rubbing the top of her hand. The audience was quiet for moment but they soon caught sight of Harry flying back this time no dragon behind him.
Harry flew down back down to the stadium and snatched the egg holding it up and cheers cam from the stands, the dragon coming back but before he could do anything else, Charlie and his co-workers came and caught it. [Y/N], Mason and Oliver cheered the loudest for Harry, [Y/N] jumped up and down and embraced Fred into a tight hug as he hugged her back they pulled away and just looked at each other smiling at one another. Before [Y/N] let go and just kept a hold on his hand with a bright smile.

Everyone headed to the Gryffindor common room as [Y/N] and Oliver were helping the twins and Lee putting up decorations and food on tables. Oliver was helping Dean put up a banner of a drawing in Harry and his firebolt. Liam walked through the portrait hole and looked around the common room until he spotted [Y/N] talking to Angelina and Alicia in the corner drinking some pumpkin juice.
"You never told us how your 'date' went (Y/N/N)." Alicia smiled.
"Did she have fun?" Angelina asked.
"Of course she did. We had loads of fun. We went to Zonko's and then Honeydukes, went to the bookstore, oh and we ended it with two butterbeer. So yes perfect date." [Y/N] grins as the girls giggled.
"Harry did good job today. Oh, hi Liam." Angelina said, [Y/N] turned around and saw Liam with a small smile.
"Hi Angelina, Alicia. [Y/N], can I talk to you?" Liam asked, [Y/N] nodded as she stood up and they walked to an empty corner.
"What is it?" [Y/N] asked.
"It's about you and Fred. Is there something you want to tell me?" Liam asked, crossing his arms across his chest.
"No. Whoever told you there is something going on between me and Fred is wrong." [Y/N] huffed.
"You sure because you seemed like you enjoyed holding his hand and everything." Liam implied.
"I'm not having this conversation with you Liam. Don't be stupid." [Y/N] scoffed.
"I'm not being stupid I know what I saw and I wasn't the only Melis-"
"Melissa, what? She saw it too, and your going to believe whatever she said? What other little story did she tell you. That she caught me snogging with some bloke. I don't like Melissa, Liam, believe her if you want." [Y/N] argued.
"Don't you see it. Fred always fancied you, so what makes you think he's not being so sweet and charming so he can get in between us." Liam shot.
"Fred is not trying to that." [Y/N] sighed.
"Yes he is!" Liam shouted making everyone turn to look at the couple.
"Drop this." [Y/N] whispered, sending him a warning look as some students started to look away from the two.
"I am not-" Liam was cut off by loud cheering.
"Harry! Harry!" The student chanted. Everyone went up to him and ruffled his hair and high fived him
"Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go congratulate Harry." [Y/N] pushed passed him and went over Harry and hugged him. Fred and George put him on their shoulders as more cheers came from the students, [Y/N] was pulled away the crowd from Oliver.
"Are you and Liam okay?" Oliver asked placing his hands on her shoulder.
"Yeah we're fine. He's just being stupid." [Y/N] muttered.
"That's Liam, sometimes he's stupid." Oliver said. [Y/N] nodded until both twins covered their ears as there was a loud piercing scream filled the common room. Fred and George dropped Harry covering their ears as well as everyone else.
"Shut it Harry." Oliver yelled, Harry quickly shut the egg as everyone sighed in relief.
"What the bloody hell was that?" Ron asked making everyone in the common room look at him then Harry making the tension in the room very awkward until Oliver cleared his throat.
"Okay I think we should them talk now just get back to celebrating." Oliver said, making everyone get back to their own conversation and leaving Harry and Ron on their own. [Y/N] ended up celebrating with the rest of the students as the party lasted till the next morning everyone happy Harry won.
