Dear John, I just broke up with my boyfriend and his friend still likes me. I want to belong to someone who will protect me. He does. Not my ex, the friend. Anywho, I don't know what to do.
If you like the friend and he likes you, go for it. However, it could make your ex angry that you broke up with him only to get with his friend. Just expect him to be a little irked about that. Or maybe he won't care. My new motto is "YOLO," so do whatever you feel!
