If you have three guys who like you but the feelings aren't mutual, you shouldn't lead them on. Don't make them think that you do have feelings for them, and if they become more forward about their feelings, you might have to tell them that you really don't feel that way and that you like another person.
Their feelings could lead to some awkwardness between you and them, but it would be best if you completely ignored the fact that they like you in that way unless they become persistent.
