Hey Johnnypoo... How's you? I hope this letter finds you in good health. Too formal, sh*t. So anyways, I have a question for you. I work in a position where I have to recruit people. My boss knows I'm pants at talking to people. He had told me, first month he would give me his clients and put it under my name. But as soon as this new girl came in, I feel I'm being neglected because she has sales experience. He even put one recruitment under her name so now her recruited persons are 9 and I'm on just 1. I feel extremely cheated on. Is it normal or I'm being too whiny?

Dear AshleyMaycury ,

Hello! I'm doing good, and I'm in good health.

It seems your boss isn't really living up to his promise, instead giving all this month's clients to a "new and improved" girl who has sales experience. You were there before she was and he promised to you, so I think you are being cheated. You could choose to either remain silent or bring the matter up with him. If talking to him about it is a risk of jeopardizing your job, I wouldn't go with that route and just ride it out. Maybe it will get better.

I hope things work out!
