Dear AshleyMaycury, Hello! First of all, you mentioned that you are fairly short. Your height shouldn't matter, dear! He shouldn't care how tall you are! I understand it can be hard to approach someone you like, especially if you are a little socially awkward, but it's not all that scary! You say he's a musician, so you could strike up a conversation with him about music. If you know what kind of music he likes, it would be best to talk about that. When you talk to him, make sure to keep eye contact. If you're acting uncomfortable, he'll get uncomfortable. You could also use humor to get him laughing, but just try to be yourself. Another thing to ask would be, "What are you doing this weekend?" If you ask this he might understand how you feel and if he's interested he might ask you out. Just remember if he turns you down, it's not the end of the world. There are more guys out there! I'm not that good at things like this. I hope I helped!
