The Point Of No Return

There she is

Crying on the sidewalk

You've left her all alone

She's stunned by silence

She thinks you're coming back again,

But you never do.

It's not like the other times,

Accepted by open arms.

She has the scars to prove,

That you blew your last chance

And that you'll never change.

There she is

L:ying on the boardwalk.

She doesn't belong.

She's defiant with self-ignorance,

She thinks you're coming back again

But you never do.

It's different now.

Arms stay by her side.

She has the scars to prove

She has forgiven to many times,

You don't change.

There she is

Walking down the aisle

Without your arm.

She loves the man at the end,

She thinks you've left her alone.

You've lost your chance

And reached the point,,

The point of no return.
