Broken Wings is the story about a boy who learned to fly with his broken heart. Through abuse, abandonment, and endless doubt, he clings to only one dream: to fly. Not just in the cockpit of a plane, but out of the life that tried to define him. Content Warning This book contains themes and depictions of substance use (including drugs and alcohol), verbal and physical abuse, self harm, mental health struggles, and suicide. Reader discretion is strongly advised. If you are sensitive to any of these topics, please take care while reading. THIS BOOK IS NOT YET FINISHED. I have a lot of finished chapters but just not edited and published yet. I'm still writing more and I have already went through the earlier chapters (chapter one through eight) to fix/rewrite them, so if you already read them, I recommend rereading! then this story will hopefully be finished sometime this summer! This is a collection of poems that I am constantly adding to. Some of the poems were for school, and some were some that I just came up with on my own. Many of the poems are sad or inspirational. The mood of the poems usually match my mood at the time that I was writing them. I hope they have an influence on all of my readers.

*SPOILER ALERT* This story is told by Amon Koutarou, and is to Seidou Takizawa, characters of Tokyo Ghoul/Tokyo Ghoul :re. It is basically Amon sympathizing with Seidou about his torture and ghoulification by Dr. Kanou, because he suffered the same fate. Enjoy :)

If she really wants to know what's going on she's going to have to escape, and she may be in too deep for him to ever let her go.

Dreams are meant to be held on to tightly. We may not reach them, but they give us goals and hope. What happens when two very unlikely dreams begin to flourish?
