is the oldest of the states, and the best dressed(as voted by the states); wears gloves because of ocd & germaphobia; Hair is incredibly messy. It drives him insane; almost always wears this outfit; black pocket hankercheif, light gray dress shirt, very dark striped waistcoat, black gloves, black bands around the arms, black tie, black belt, & dark gray dress pants; gets angry at the states easily, but will not hesitate to defend them with his life; almost as old as Alfred himself; does not aknowledge England's existence. At all.
