"I'm not scared. I can do this. I'm not scared. I can do this," Mylène repeats the mantra repeatedly as she takes deep breaths. "I'm ready," She tells me and I nod with a smile. "That was fast, you're getting better at this," I compliment her as we head out to meet with Ivan and Luka. "Sorry I took so long teddy bear." "No worries, you were quicker than ever and you're getting better. I love you my little mouse," The two kiss, and Luka asks "Are we ready?" We nod as he passes us our signs and we go to the park.

The mayor was currently giving a speech about how after the space dumpster program failed he started thinking of new ways to help the environment leading to Project Oxygen. I rolled my eyes at that while the four of us blocked the construction workers while we protested against Project Oxygen when Officer Roger approached us. "Kids you need to leave now." "We can't officer this is too important. They're planning to cut down all our trees."

"So? Ultimately there will be less pollution." "By building a building that'll cause pollution to produce its product? You shouldn't just look at what they want you to think," I point out, crossing my arms when André shouts for Roger to get rid of us. "Come on kids, be reasonable," The four of us exchange glances before we start chanting in unison "Stop Project Oxygen!" Officer Roger escorted the four of us into his car, claiming he'd take us all home. "This isn't fair officer, we have the right to protest." "But you also can't disturb the peace," Not long into the drive Ms. Bustier is calling Roger.

"Ms. Bustier, is there a problem with Sabrina?" "No, your daughter is fine, however, there is a problem with Ivan, Mylène, and (y/n). They weren't doing anything wrong were they?" "Well no but yes, I've been told they were disturbing the peace so I'm escorting them home." "Take them back to the Place des Vosges. I don't know if you remember Roger but disrupting the peace does not invalidate their right to protest as long as they weren't being violent or slandering anybody. I'll be there soon to get them," Ms. Bustier tells him off and I hold in a snicker as he turns the car around after realizing he was the one in the wrong.

When we get back to the park we find the mayor about to cut down a tree with a chainsaw and Ms. Bustier with the class calling him out for cutting down a tree so we start protesting again, only angering André. "Don't I pay your salary, Officer Roger? Why aren't those kids out of here?!" "Technically City Hall pays my salary..." "I'm still your boss, take those troublemakers home!" Conflicted Roger turns to us when Ms. Bustier steps in. "They have a legal right to protest here it's called the freedom to protest and you can't stop it, Mr. Mayor."

"But they're disrupting the peace!" "That's because your project is unethical and uneco-friendly!" Luka points out and André shakes his head. "That's not true, watch this," The big screen starts playing the ad for Project Oxygen, showing a polluted city and its negative effects while the narrator talks about how air is life, and wanting to turn pollution into pure fresh air, that was sold in a container made by Gabriel Agreste. Adrien appears in the ad and sprays the bottle stating "Oxygen isn't just a breath of fresh air, it's life itself."

Adrien looks up at the ad in mortification. "Father told me that was an ad for a new perfume..." "What's not ecological about this? It'll de-pollute the air and make it fresh," Our classmates ask, still not understanding the problem. "You're being fooled by pretty pictures. Sure at first glance, Project Oxygen seems great but when you look closer at the details it doesn't hold up. Imagine how much pollution will be done building this thing while cutting down one of our best natural filters for artificial towers. Mr. Mayor instead of cutting down these trees wouldn't it be better to build more parks and find better ways to recycle?" Mylène points out when Madelyn opens her mouth.

"Who cares about some old tree when we could have this gorgeous tower, designed by the Gabriel Agreste." "Not only that we'll use the wood from the trees we cut down to help build the tower and we'll save water from not having to water them. It's very echo-friendly," The mayor argues.
