The Legend of Lady Dragon (Shanghai Special): Part 4

"Some kind of magic little creatures but only I can see them," Fei explains before backing away from King Cash who averted his attention to her when Hawkmoth demanded the prodigious. Fei helps us attack King Cash while talking to her invisible magic creatures. Kwamiis maybe? But if that were the case why couldn't we see them and why was there more than one? While she figured out how to handle the prodigious LB and I attacked Hawkmoth resulting in him throwing Ladybug into me and pointing his cane at us, trapping us up against a wall. Our attention turns to Fei when she turns into a bear and slams King Cash into Hawkmoth." "Thanks uh..." "Ladybear for now." "Ok. I think it's time for a little luck don't you?" I ask LB who summons her lucky charm and we're given a basketball.

"What are you supposed to do with that?" "I dunno," King Cash and Hawkmoth get back up and Ladybug throws the ball at him before using her yoyo to get closer to kick him. Suddenly from above Chat Noir drops down attacking with his staff which Hawkmoth blocks with his cane. While those two dealt with Hawkmoth, Ladybear and I attacked King Cash. After a few blows, he shoots more golden blades at us and Ladybear turns into Ladymantis. "Ok, I think I'm starting to get the hang of this. Another attack before there were more blades and we have Ladysnake. "Destroy the fan then we can de-akumatize him," I tell her as we fight, glancing at LB and Chat who was still trying to get past Hawkmoth's defense. "Long!" Ladysnake shouts but nothing happens. "What's wrong?" I ask, spinning my knives to protect her from the golden blades. "I should be able to turn into a dragon and gain control over natural elements. Then I could electrocute his armor with lighting but I can't transform!"

"The power of the dragon is the most powerful. Your intentions must be noble and just if you aim to use it," Mei Shi explains continuing to watch the fight. "Of course, my intentions are just! I want revenge on the guy who destroyed my whole life!" "Revenge doesn't align with the values of the dragon. Your judgment and intentions are clouded." "Revenge isn't the same thing as justice. Revenge is hurting someone who hurt you. Justice is letting them face the consequences of hurting you," I tell her and she turns into Ladymonkey and starts attacking King Cash relentlessly until she's thrown into a pond and he attacks the foundation as it crumbles into the pond. "No!" 

The three of us shout as we're backed into a corner with nothing but the lucky charm. "Who would've thought? The prodigious and your miraculous in one day," King Cash approaches and swings his fan toward Ladybug who thrusts the basketball toward it and his hand bounces back forcing him to let the fan go. "(s/n)! Chat Noir!" I summon my ice storm and freeze at least King Cash in place while  Hawkmoth pushed back the blast with his cane. Chat jumps up summoning his cataclysm and breaks the fan, the akuma flying out and to Hawkmoth while Ladydragon joins us. "It's just us four against you Hawkmoth it's over."

"For you," He says ominously before throwing the akuma at Mei Shi who gets akumatized. Why was he even allowed to do that?! "Yan Luo Shi, I'm Hawkmoth. Surely you're not going to let a girl who mistakes revenge for justice become the holder of the prodigious?" "I will cause carnage and destruction until she returns it to me!" Yan Luo Shi shouts as he grows ten times bigger and his color scheme changes to vivid red, purplish black, and dark violet. He breaks through the roof of the cave and after tying up cash we all quickly head outside only to watch in distress as Yan Luo Shi swallows the ball. "Well that makes things so much easier," I sarcastically groan as we watch him head for the city. Our distress only grows when he vaporizes Hawkmoth to dust after trying to order him around. "I dunno whether or not this is bad news or good news," Chat mutters when our miraculous beeps and flashes. "Let's recharge and meet up to think of a plan."

After we recharge we find Yan Luo Shi causing chaos and destruction in Shanghai and try to intervene. LB used her yoyo to keep him in place while Chat and I attacked from above. We were very quickly grabbed and thrown into the street before Ladybug was thrown into some trees. Ladydragon attempts to attack him through various transformations but like the rest of us was thrown away. "Give me back the prodigious! You are not worthy of it!" He damnded while shooting his laser beams at the street making us take cover. "He's right..." Ladydragon mumbles. "No. You're the only one that knows how to use it which means you're the only one that can defeat him. Only the dragon can reach the akumatized object."
