Whitira, Paseton and Archie turned into their whale form and let Cale, Youna and Raon ride on the killer whale's back. They all went to the Whale Tribe, Raon was currently invisible since it was more convenient in his dragon form than in his human form.

The moment they landed on the tribe, they were welcomed by King Shickler and his butler. King Shickler expressed how glad he was seeing Cale was finally awake and moving. They were guided to a dining room and while they were waiting for the food, they had some small talk first.

"Cale, we're really glad you're finally awake. You don't know how persistent Paseton was trying to go to your territory," Whitira said.

"Noona, you shouldn't mention it to him," Paseton blushed.

"I see, I see. Sorry for making you worry, Paseton. I can give you a tour to our territory if you visit me there. Inform me first though," Cale casually responded.

"He also trained while you're gone since he wanted to protect you next time so no harm would come your way," Archie commented. Paseton just scratched his cheek.

"Is that so? Haha, how reliable!" Cale responded.

As the Whale King watched their interaction, he was glad that Cale's treatment towards his son was still the same. He looked at their interaction affectionately. He was really glad that the other human Paseton met was Cale. Their talks went on for a while and Youna started picking on Archie again.

"Cale, congratulations on your recovery. Here's a gift we prepared for you," Shickler said to Cale. The redhead turned to him then the Whale King handed him a piece of document.

Cale opened it and he was surprised to read the content. It was information about a particular sea route humans haven't found out. Cale was given the authority to use the route. It was located in the Western continent's northern sea—the Whales' territory. The redhead looked at the Whale King with wide eyes.

"Why are you giving me this? This is too much as a gift for my recovery," Cale said as he attempted to give back the document. The Whale King patted his head.

"You deserved more than that, I heard you'll be helping us find the source of the merfolks. You also saved my son, consider this as your reward if you don't want it as a gift," he responded.

"But I haven't accomplished anything I offered yet—"

"No buts, Young Master Cale. It's alright," Shickler interrupted. Cale remained speechless, he hadn't done anything yet they were giving him payment already. The Whale King smiled at him.

"You should start calling me uncle instead of King Shickler, it really sounded awkward and distant," he added.

"Why?" He asked.

"Well, my son and daughter are really fond of you," Shickler answered and smiled. You also gave my son a reason why he should accept himself.

Cale looked at Paseton and Whitira, they just smiled at him. The redhead timidly scratched his cheeks, the tip of his ears had a tint of red.

"Thank you, uncle, Paseton, Noonim," Cale softly smiled, his cheeks a shade of pink.

"Oho, what's this? Is our Young Master getting shy?" Archie teased which made the redhead blushed even more. Cale covered his face and cursed Archie.

The whales laughed.

When they were done with their meals, they changed rooms and were currently relaxing. Cale noticed the Whale King's mood.

"Is something the matter, uncle?" Cale asked. Shickler sighed.

"Well, the merfolks are giving us a headache. The fact that they were getting help from the humans in order for them to get stronger is even more frustrating," Shickler answered.
