8 more weeks had passed since the custody battle and in that time Arizona had realised they had done the whole thing wrong and sofia needed two happy mom's. She brought plane tickets to New York and helped Callie move with Sofia, because she was 33 weeks pregnant at the time Georgia went with them just incase anything happened. Now at nearly 39 weeks Arizona started her maternity leave which she was not looking forward to so instead of sitting at home she spent a her days in her office so she was close to Georgia. Georgia had been called into a meeting with Dr Bailey.

Russell; chief Bailey, you wanted to see me?

Bailey; yes, come in, take a seat. How is Arizona doing?

Russell; she is okay, being stubborn and not staying at home like she should be.

Bailey; why does that not surprise me. She is nearly at her due date right?

Russell; yeah she is, sorry chief what is this about? I know you didn't call me here to check up on Arizona.

Bailey; so as you know I am down a surgeon.

Russell; right.

Bailey; I just wanted to ask you if you would consider becoming our new head of ortho? Now I know you wanted to concentrate more on peds but I'm desperate.

Russell; oh chief, I don't know what to say.

Bailey; is that a yes?

Russell; I mean I'd rather not but I can definitely recommend somebody for the job and be a temporary head of ortho until you find somebody else.

Bailey; oh please, you are the best here plus it'll be a nice pay rise.

Russell; I'm sorry Bailey but with Arizona being head of her department she does a lot of hours and one of us has to be able to be around for the kids. Plus I have enough money that I don't have to actually work at all, I don't do this for the money, I keep working because it is a rewarding job. I live for helping people.

Bailey; okay in that case who would you recommend?

Russell; while I was on that course I met a lovely guy called Link, here this is his number and a few others I know of, but he is amazing at what he does. As I said I'll stand in until you find somebody else.

Bailey; thank you Dr Russell.

Russell; no problem chief.

Georgia shook Baileys hand then made her way back to Arizona's office. When she got there Arizona was laying on the couch and appeared to be in some pain.

Russell; hey beaut are you okay?

Robbins; yeah peanut won't calm its moving and its really uncomfortable.

Russell; let me help, here lay on my lap.

Georgia sat with Arizona resting her head on Georgia's lap while Georgia rubbed her hand on Arizona's bump and she started to sing to calm the baby down, she had done this a few times before and it seemed to work.
