We're almost at Whiterun. Golldir is still with me. He has troubles sleeping, but I think traveling with me is helping keep his mind off it all. We talked a lot about our lives today. When we got into the recent case I helped solve in Windhelm, he asked a few questions that got me thinking, and now it's like an itch I can't rid myself of. I'm certain Wuunferth was behind it all, but there are still too many unknowns. Why was he using the last victim's home for his altar? It looked like it had been there a while, but the home looked barely lived in. Were they working together and he betrayed her? Maybe I should've stayed there to wrap up the loose ends.
Ah well, I need to trust the facts, and the facts led straight to Wuunferth.
