For the most part, today was rather wonderful. Lucia and Lydia surprised me with a celebration for my graduation. They made some delicious food, and Lucia even spent her own earnings to purchase me a yummy cake. We had a picnic outside the walls, where Lucia and I got to duel each other with wooden swords. Then she surprised me by demonstrating the healing spell I had tried to show her last time. Lydia said Lucia's been practicing every day since then, and even read through the books again. At this rate, I wonder if she could accompany me on some of my jobs in the near future.
No, that's only wishful thinking. It's too dangerous for her. I've already said goodbye to someone I cared deeply for, I couldn't handle losing another.
