***Rebecca and Chris are having a conversation***

Rebecca: Chris?.....

Chris: Yes Love?

Rebecca: I think I'm pregnant...

Chris: PREGNANT? WHAT?!?!?...

Rebecca: I'm sorry..

Chris: It's not your fault, Beck

Rebecca: Yes it is. Look I know how hard you worked with the band..

Chris: The band can wait. I need to be there for you

Rebecca: No Chris! I know how hard you work with the band and you guys are now starting to make it big. I'm not going to let one night of unprotected sex hold you back from fulfilling your dreams.

Chris: So then what are we going to do? And I won't take an abortion for an answer.

Rebecca: How about I worry about the baby and you worry about the band? Okay?

Chris: No. I want to be there for you and the baby

Rebecca: Look, the only way you can be there for me is to not be there for me. Now please just focus on the band for right now. I'll be okay.

Chris: Are you sure?

Rebecca: I'm positive

Chris: Alright

In September of '98, Beck gave birth to a beautiful baby girl; Alexa Noel Zoé Martin. Chris supported Beck through her pregnancy and was even there for Alexa's birth. Unfortunately Coldplay got bigger and bigger and Chris stopped coming around more and more. Eventually he lost contact with Beck and Alexa. But he never gave up looking for Alexa despite the fact that he was married now (I know him and Gwyneth are separating but bare with me) and had two more kids; Apple & Moses
