"Hinata!!!! Come on!! We are going to be late!!" you yelled.
You were running a bit ahead of him on your way to school. Normally, Hinata would walk to school with Kageyama, but he was already there.
"Ah, (Y/N)-chan, slow down. You might get hurt," he said.
You turned around and started walking backwards, facing Hinata. "I'm fine, don't worry. I'm not that clum—"
You tripped on a stray volleyball in front of the gym. Hinata started running towards you and caught you before you fell.
"Not clumsy? Yeah right."
Once you stood upright, you squeezed his head reassuringly and smiled. "Yeah, but you love me."
He nodded and squeezed your hand back. "Come on, we're late."
You walked hand in hand with Hinata into the gym. Everyone was already there and separated into two teams.
The side with Tsukishima, Daichi, and Tanaka were wearing red pinnies. And the side with Sugawara, Kageyama, and Yamaguchi were wearing blue pinnies.
Each team had a huge bucket of water balloon in front of them, the same colour as their pinnies
"There you guys are. We've been waiting," Sugawara said.
He walked over you and put an arm across your shoulders. "We're having a water balloon fight. I call (Y/N)-chan to be on my team."
"Fine," Daichi said, "then we get Hinata."
Hinata pouted and crossed his arms. "I want to be on the same team as (Y/N)!"
"Stop acting like a kid," Kageyama said. He walked over to him, grabbed his head and pushed him to the other side.
Hinata put on the red pinnie that Daichi handed him, and turned to face you. "But what if you get hurt?"
You removed Sugawara's arms from your shoulders and walked over to Hinata. You placed both your hands on his shoulder and kissed his cheek. "I'll be okay, Hinata. We're having a water balloon fight, were not going to war."
"Don't worry, Hinata-kun," Sugawara called, "I'll make sure she doesn't get hurt."
Hinata nodded but still looked uneasy. "Okay, just be careful."
He looked at you one more time and went to join the other team.
"Each team gets ten minutes to set up," Daichi said, he pick up the bucket and headed to the door, "then we battle. The team that loses has to clean up the gym after practice for a month."
"Hey! I'm not even on the team!" you whined.
"You're here all the time," Daichi reasoned, "and you help clean up anyways."
"Fine."
The two teams separated. There were no boundaries and the entire school was free range. Each team had a certain amount of water balloons, and once you were out, you were out, but you could steal water balloons from the other team.
Once you got hit with a water balloon, you were out.
Five minutes till the start of the game, Sugawara turned towards you. "Hey, (Y/N), can I talk to you for a second?"
You nodded and walked a little closer to him. "What's up? Need something?"
Sugawara smiled. "You wanna mess with Hinata?"

An air horn sounded the the air, and the game started.

Sugawara might not be the strongest or fastest, but he was definitely one of the smartest.
He sneaked around the back of the school and quickly found where their the red's team hid their balloons.
Daichi was standing in front of the the bucket, his back facing Sugawara. He slowly crept up to Daichi and stopped a few feet from him, not making a sound.
He raised his arm and flung the blue balloon from his hand. The balloon exploded the water on the back of Daichi's head.
He turned around and gave an evil glare at Sugawara.
"SUGA."
Daichi was out.

With two water balloons in your hands, you slowly made your way to the other side of the school.
There were many small pathways that lead around the school. Normally, students would stay away from them because it's easy to get lost.
It was sunny today, so you probably wouldn't get lost.
Walking along the path, you saw a glimpse of black hair turning the corner.
You quickly followed up behind him and saw that it was Yamaguchi. He looked quite lost, but water balloons we're still tightly in his clutch.
While walking towards him, you took a step forward and threw your water balloons.
It missed.
You hit the wall beside him.
Yamaguchi turned around and saw you standing there, about to throw your next balloon. He threw one of the water balloons that was in his hand.
You quickly ducked, and the balloon sailed over your head and hit the ground.
You threw your next last one and it hit him in the chest.
"Yah! That's cold (Y/N)-san," he said, shaking out his shirt.
You laughed. "Are you lost Yamas?
He's cheeks flushed, and he rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah."
"Okay, come on, I'll help you out."
Yamaguchi was out.

Hinata couldn't stop laughing as as he saw the water dripping from Kageyama and Tanaka's head.
"H—how could you not see me behind you?" Hinata laughed.
He clutched his stomach, and began laughing again.
"Well, you are short. It's hard to see you either way," Kageyama grumbled.
"Where's Tsukishima?" Tanaka asked, taking off his shirt.
Kageyama shrugged. "I think that once he heard that Yamaguchi got out, he just left when Yamaguchi did."
Tanks nodded and ran off.
"Have you seen (Y/N)? I wanna see if she's okay," Hinata asked, looking around.
Kageyama smack him lightly on the head. "She's probably fine. Don't worry about her."
"But she's so clumsy sometimes. She's a danger to herself."

"Hinata!!!" Sugawara shouted. He saw Kageyama and Hinata standing in the middle of the field.
Kageyama's shirt was already wet, so he was out, but Hinata was completely dry.
They both turned around at the call of their senpai.
"Yeah?"
"It's (Y/N)...running...fell..asking...you," he said breathless.
Though he was faking it, he did actually run a bit, so acting breathless wasn't hard.
Hinata didn't even respond and ran in the direction that Sugawara came from.
Kageyama looked at him weirdly then turned to face Sugawara. "There's nothing wrong, is there?"
"Nope."

"(Y/N)??? Are you okay?? Where are you?"
Hinata was shouting around the school.
He found you lying on the ground. Scattered around you were pieces of red water balloons, and you were soaked in water.
"(Y/N)?" Hinata rushed to your side and shakes your shoulders.
When you didn't respond, he quickly got out his phone and started calling the police.
"Don't worry. I'll call medics and they'll help you."
You bolted upright at his words. "No, no, no, don't call the police. I'm fine." You got up and showed him your arms and legs. "See? No injuries."
Hinata stared at you blankly. Then he felt something hit his back. He turned and Sugawara was there, still in the position of throwing that balloon.
Hinata got up and walked away.
"Hinata?"

Hinata found a bench inside of the school grounds that wasn't wet.
"Hinata?" He looked up and saw you standing there. You were now in dry clothes, which was good because he didn't want you to catch a cold. "Are you mad at me?"
He shook his head but didn't look at you. You sighed and moved his arms that were on his lap and sat on his lap, putting your arms around his shoulders.
"I thought you were really hurt," he whispered. "You know how much I care about you."
"I'm sorry," you said, and kissed him on the cheek. "I promise that I will never do it again. Please don't be mad at me. Also, it was Suga-senpai's idea. Something about wanting to get back at Daichi for something."
"It's okay."
"Really?" You asked.
He nodded.
"But I got have admit, you calling the medic is something that I'd never image, and I think I love you more for it."
