You walked through the doors of the Karasuno gym. It was their last practise of the week because they had a Halloween party with some other volleyball teams.
"(Y/N) you gonna go trick or treating with us?!" The Nekoma captain yelled across the gym.
"You still go trick or treating? How old are you?" you said.
"19."
"Exactly my point. Don't you think you're a bit to old?"
"Don't be a party pooper (Y/N), just join us." Bokuto followed up, wrapping his arm around Kuroo's shoulder.
"Even if I wanted to go, I don't have a costume," you told them.
The two captains looked at each other cheekily.
"SHOPPING TIME!"
Grabbing one arm each, they dragged you out of the gym, and away from the players of various teams.
"Did you hear me?? I don't want to go! Let go of me idiots," you yelled.
"You just said that you would go if you had a costume!" Kuroo said.
"I didn't say that! Let go of me!"
"No, can do! We are gonna get you a costume whether you like it or not!" Bokuto yelled back.
"Ugh!"

"How about this one?" Bokuto asked. He held up a maid outfit.
"No, it's too short." You slumped in your chair.
"So would you wear it if it's longer?" Kuroo smirked, holding up a slightly longer maid outfit.
"No way in hell."
"Dang it."
Bokuto pulled out his phone and dialed someone.
"Imma call Daichi, we need some help choosing a costume."
"No we don't. I don't need a costume in the first place."
"Calling~" he sang.
"You two I swear. You won't make me go to Halloween."

"Why did you call me here?" Daichi asked as he walked into the costume store.
"Well, why did you come?" You shot back looking at Daichi as the other captains followed behind him.
"Bokuto said it was an emergency. I thought something bad happened."
"Nothing bad happened so you can go now," you said, trying to push him out the door.
"Oh~ no can do (Y/N)-chan. I want to see you in a maid costume~" Oikawa cooed behind you.
"Since when did you get here!?!?" you yelled horrified.
"I was standing behind Ushiwaka. You didn't see me?" He whined.
You waved your arms around. "Since when did he come here?!?! Am I blind or something??"
"I was behind Daichi," Ushijima called from one of the isles.
You threw daggers at Daichi. "You brought them with you?"
Daichi took a step back from you. "Well, they saw me walking here and followed me. It's not my fault."
"Ugh, you people piss me off, you know that?"
"Of course, we do (Y/N)-chan!" Oikawa cheered.
"SHUT UP YOU PIECE OF TRASH!"
"(Y/N)-chan~ don't be so mean," Oikawa pouted.
"I'm gonna die here," you mumbled, slouching in a chair.
You looked around noticing that the boys were nowhere in sight.
You shot up from you chair. "What the hell are you doing?"
Turns out they were at the cash register buying you the maid outfit.
"Hey! I never said that I would wear that!" you yelled at them, running over to the cash register.
"Too late we already paid," Ushijima said blocking your way.
"You're killing me here."
"But you're going to look so nice in it," Kuroo said, holding it up.
"I don't care!" you yelled grabbing it out of his hands.
"Calm down (Y/N)-chan, they'll only find it more enjoyable if you retaliate," Daichi said, patting your shoulder.
"Do you really expect me to wear that?" you said.
"In all honesty, yes, yes I do."
"What? You really want me to wear this?" you said, holding up the maid costume.
"We do~" Oikawa sang, standing next to the other captains.
"Why?"
"Because we want candy, but we're too tall to pass off as kids."
"And how would I help with that?"
"Because you're so short, you can act like a pissy elementary student!"
"I'M NOT A PISSY ELEMENTARY KID! I'm not even that short. It's called average height!"
"Correction, under-average height," Bokuto corrected.
"SHUT UP YOU OWL!"
"He's not wrong."
"YOU TOO, YOU CAT!" you yelled at Kuroo. "Have you people ever thought that you're just tall?"
"No because you're short," Ushijima said bluntly.
"FIGHT ME YOU GIANT EAGLE!"
"Why would he fight you?"
"YOU TOO DADDY CROW?!"
"(Y/N)-chan, calm down, will you?"
"SHUT UP YOU PLANT!"
"That is offensive to all plants everywhere."
"IWA-CHAN?! When did you get here?" Oikawa pouted.
"I'm so done with today," you said, burying you head into your hands, and walking out of the store.
"(Y/N) wait for us!" Bokuto and Kuroo yelled across the mall.
"NO WAY IN HELL! GET AWAY FROM ME YOU PERVERTED ANIMALS!"
With your head still in your hands, you continued to walked. You stopped once you fell down crashing into someone.
"Are you okay? I'm sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going."
Looking up you saw a handsome boy leaning down to offer you a hand.
"Oh, I'm okay, thank y—"
"NOPE! STAY AWAY FROM (Y/N)-CHAN!!!" Both of them yelled, running towards you.
Grabbing your arms Bokuto and Kuroo dragged you away from the handsome boy.
"PUT ME DOWN YOU DUMBASSES! HE WAS CUTE TOO!"
"Why are you guys yelling? We're in a mall," Daichi scolded.
"Some handsome boy was trying to take away our (Y/N)-chan," Bokuto said.
"I'M NOT YOUR PROPERTY!"
"But we have to protect you," Bokuto said, going into emo mode.
"I'm 18, not 8. I'm an adult who can take care of myself. He was cute too..." you pouted, crossing your arms.
"Aren't we cute, (Y/N)-chan?" Oikawa begged.
"You guys are as cute as Tom Cruise."
"Who?" Bokuto asked, tilting his head to the side.
You sighed. "A melting snowman."
"Is it a cute melting snowman?"
Looking at Oikawa, you gave him a blank stare.
"What do you think? Have you seen a melting snowman?" you said annoyed.
"No."
"Then no."

"What do you want Oikawa?"
"I searched up Tom Cruise~"
"So?"
"You said we look as good as him right?"
"I never said that."
"(Y/N)-chan!" He whined.

"But Tom Cruise is handsome~ and you said we looked like him."
"Look at a current picture of him then you'll see what I mean," you said and walked away.
