The Rebirth of Camp Half-Blood (Part 2)
Without much choice the children wandered outside. None spoke but rather each stayed next to a sibling if they had one. They didn't leave the porch at first staring at the rubble and aged debris.
"What should we do?" Samuel asked.
"We can find somewhere to sit?" Emily suggested.
"There's a beach this way," Zoë said leading the way, the others followed her. When they reached the bank they sat down by the water in a circle unsure what to do.
Luke was the first to speak. "I just want to believe this is a weird dream but I doubt my mind could come up with something like this..."
"Same. Just wasn't sure how to put it into words," Silena nodded.
"Let's introduce ourselves... I'm Luke Jackson and I'm 15."
"I'm his older twin Zoë."
"Um... I'm Esperanza Valdez... And um, I'm 15."
"I'm Silena Rodriguez and I'm 17."
"I'm Vivian Di Angelo-Solace and I'm 14."
"Emily Marie Zhang. I'm 12."
"I'm Samuel or Sam Grace. 16."
"I'm Tristan Grace. 14."
"Zara Stoll. 13."
"Michael Stoll. 15."
"Well that was all very informative. So what are we supposed to do now?" Sam asked.
"Who knows?" Silena groaned. "All I know is I was getting ready to head to a party when my parents took my phone and dragged me here."
"How is this all real?" Tristan asked no one in particular. "Greek and Roman gods and stuff."
"Maybe our parents are crazy," Michael threw in as he laid back in the sand.
"No," Vivian said shaking her head and hugging herself. "I saw it. I-I-I don't know what is was. But I saw it. It was a big dog thing! Bigger than a car... Then, my Papa- he pulled out a sword and killed whatever it was and gold dust exploded from it. I still don't understand but we're not crazy."
"Golden dust?" Tristan asked confused.
"My dad was covered in it and he held sword when he came home," Zoë recalled.
"Then maybe we're insane," Vivian breathed out.
Silence fell and no one spoke for a while. After about an hour before Piper arrived. "We're gonna camp out elsewhere since there is a big spot for a fire."
The children followed her up to a spot where a large campfire was burning. They took their seats next to their parents.
"We are going to re open this camp," Annabeth announced to the children. "It's gonna take a lot of work and we need all of your help."
"That sounds impossible," Zara groaned.
"It's only impossible until we do it," Jason told her.
"Dad stop you sound like a stupid kids show," Samuel said rolling his eyes.
"He's right," Leo agreed.
"Shut up Leo," Jason said.

The next morning things were thrown into full swing. Chris headed out early to get food while come of the other adults began calling where they worked and talking about family emergencies. Once breakfast was made adults split off into their tasks.
Rachel began trying to contact anyone and everyone she could think of, Thalia took a car headed for Olympus, Katie and Calypso began to clear out the old garden to start a new one, Nico and Will were gathering supplies for a new infirmary, Chris, Leo and Jason were helping the Stolls begin to break down the old cabins, leaving Clarisse, Annabeth, Hazel, Piper and Percy with the kids.
"So," Clarisse started. "I'm teaching all you brats and Prissy is gonna be my punching-" Annabeth gave her a glare. "assistant. Hazel, Annabeth, and Piper are here to make sure I don't kill one of you. Trust me I won't, that would be messy."
"Oh yes please threaten children," Percy said walking over his arms full of weapons which he let fall to the ground. "We are gonna help you learn to defend yourselves against monsters because if a monster finds you it will try to kill you, unless you're Vivian. But Vivian you can still learn, won't hurt. Well it might but anyway... Today we just got to figure out weapon is for you. Piper has a dagger, Annabeth has her knife and Clarisse uses her electric spear Lamer-" he coughed. "Sorry, Maimer. Meanwhile I have my sword Riptide.''
"Watch it Prissy!" Clarisse said her spear drawn its red light crackling at the tip. "This a gift from my father you know."
"All three of them?"
"You're supposed to be teaching!" Hazel called.
"I can show you guys how to use a sword, and Clarisse a spear, Thalia will be back later to show things with a bow and arrow. So lets split into groups based on what you want to try if you want a bow and arrow go stand by Hazel."
"Spears over here," Clarisse said. "Dagger's with Piper, knives with Annabeth and swords with Prissy."
The kids looked around a bit deciding.
"It's okay if you have no clue," Piper added. "We can figure it out, don't worry."

"Alright that's everything out of there," Jason said dropping the last of the items.
"Okay boys say goodbye to the last of Cabin Eleven," Connor said.
"Father please don't kill us," Chris muttered.
"Leo if you would," Travis said stepping back. Leo nodded and cracked his fingers before stretching his hands out and letting fire engulf the cabin burning it down to crisp.
"Okay Leo put out the fire," Jason instructed. Leo nodded and the fire died down revealing nothing but charred grass in its place.
"Wait," Chris said. "Aren't you supposed to be helping Annabeth with construction stuff?"
"Nope," Leo answered. "We have to break stuff down first so we can get dimensions and stuff figured out. Plus, this is a lot more fun."

"This poor garden," Calypso frowned pulling up more weeds.
Katie nodded in agreement beside her. "What do you think we should plant?"
"Anything we can until we can find some meat for those husbands of ours and those growing kids."
"Husbands are growing kids. I swear I have three children. Four when Connor is over, so all the time."
Calypso raised an eyebrow and gave her a really look. "My husband is Leo Valdez."
Katie patted her shoulder comfortingly. "It's a miracle you're still sane."

"This isn't gonna be enough nectar or ambrosia," Will frowned.
"Are you serious?" Nico asked looking at the seven crates of ambrosia and three large barrels of nectar. "I think that will last us a while."
"You do know that Clarisse and Percy are teaching the kid right?"
Nico nodded slowly. "I'll shadow travel to Thalia and get some."

Rachel threw the bag of drachma's on the floor in frustration. She took a calming breath. Before bending down to pick them up. She'd make contact with someone eventually.

"You don't trust me enough to talk to them myself?" Thalia asked when she saw Nico leaning next to the elevator.
"Oh trust me," Nico started. "I don't want to deal with that. I just need to convince Apollo to give us more ambrosia and nectar, especially since Clarisse and Percy are teaching."
"Are you trying to kill your daughter?"
"Annabeth and Piper are there hopefully they can protect the kids. Hopefully."

It took two weeks abefore their goal actually seemed within reach. That's when the first cabin was completed. Cabin Eleven (much to Zeus's anger). Annabeth kindly explained that Cabin Eleven had to be completed first since it was the only spot they could all sleep, since the Hermes Cabin accepted all demigods.
"Mom?" Luke asked watching as Annabeth was busy creating blueprints for the Zeus cabin.
"Hmm?" Annabeth asked.
"You said that Athena hates Poseidon right?"
"Yeah."
"So where are you and dad going to sleep? I don't she'd like it if he slept in her cabin. Also where do Zoë and I sleep?"
Annabeth opened her mouth but another voice cut in.
"Hey! Prissy Jr! Come spar with me!"
Luke's eyes lit up as he hurried off to join Silena. Annabeth chuckled as she watched them walk off toward the arena.
"What are you laughing at?" Percy asked walking over.
"It seems that our little Luke has a thing for Silena."
Percy made a face. "I'm not sure if I should be proud of him or cringing in fear."
"Both."
"At least I don't have to chase anyone away from Zoëyet."
"I wouldn't be so sure."
"What?"
"Vivian has been staring at her at lot lately..."
Percy frowned. "I'll have to talk to Nico about that. Actually He'll glare at me I'll talk to Will."
Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Also we are going to have to sleep in your cabin or the Hermes cabin forever. I know my mother won't want you near Cabin 6."
Percy nodded. "I wouldn't get why, I'm a wonderful guy."
"Uhuh."
"What is that supposed to mean?"

"On three."
"One... Two... Three!"
On three the rope was pulled and green liquid splashed down on their victim.
Kaite Stoll screamed.
"Mom!" Zara yelled. "We thought you were Uncle Connor!"
"I'm so proud," Travis said examining the situation. Katie glared at him. "I mean uh go to uh your rooms but we all share a cabin so sit on your beds?"
Katie facepalmed. "I'm gonna go wash off."

"Vivi can I talk to you for a sec?" Nico asked his daughter.
Vivian gave him a confused look but left her spot next to the water next to Zoë to follow her father out of ear shot. "What is it Papa?"
"I've... I've noticed you've spent a lot of time with Zoë lately."
Vivian shrugged. "She's cool."
"Is it true you have a crush of Zoë?"
"No. Why would you think that?" Vivian asked him her cheeks reddening.
"Uhuh, now listen closely Vivi... Jacksons... They are horribly slow and oblivious to the point where you want to punch them, repeatedly for being that way. However, considering that this one is part Chase there's a chance she may not be slow. Regardless, don't get your hopes up. She's a Jackson after all. Now go back to her before she gets curious about this conversation."
"Everything okay?" Zoë asked when Vivian sat back down.
Vivian nodded quickly hoping her blush was gone.

"Percy?" Annabeth asked her husband. "Are you okay? You seem oddly giddy this morning."
"I had a dream," Percy told her. At once the adults froze and waited for him to speak. Confused the children silenced.
"What about?"
Percy smiled. "Grover. We still have that empathy link apparently, I thought we got rid of it. Either way guess what?" Percy smiled wider. "He's alive."

This one was just them getting into the swing of things but next we shall have finding Grover and more!
