It's my birthday!!!
I'm now 17 (and old)! YAYAYAY!!!
And Wattpad sent me a happy birthday email, but I don't remember putting in my birthday or doing this last year... o.O
Also, IM GOING TO THE MANGUS CHASE BOOK SIGNING ON MONDAY!!!! :D :D

The Agent and The Bank Robber
"Chase you know what you have to do right? We're going catch them this time."
"Of course sir," Agent Annabeth Chase replied nodding at her boss. Satisfied Agent Brunner quickly walked off to fulfill his other duties.
Annabeth was drumming her fingers a bit anxious. Her piece didn't come into play until they arrived. Today was the day they finally took down The Big Three. Three months of work would finally come to an end.
An alarm sounded and Annabeth jumped up. She gripped her gun quickly and shifted her bullet proof vest (honestly she didn't see the point of them in this situation).
She crossed the room to peer down out the glass wall. Far below cop cars sounded.
Annabeth stepped back and hurried and waited in front of the door to the steps waiting for the sound of footsteps.
It didn't take long, and once she heard them she burst out pointing her gun into face two people. A girl with spiky black hair and wearing punk rocker clothes with bright blue eyes. Next to her stood a boy wearing a blue shirt and black jeans, Annabeth noticed he also had a tattoo on his right arm just as his file said. His hair a raven black, he also had the strangest green eyes which couldn't seem to pick a shade, and a smirk on his face.
"Don't move," Annbeth ordered. "Hands where I can see them."
The girl slowly raised her hands and the boy followed suit. Annabeth stared at them for a moment when a thought popped in her head: they were here but, where's the money?
"Good job Chase!" Shouted Agent Valdez as he came down from the roof his gun also drawn.
Annabeth nodded as she pulled out her cuffs and turned the girl around bringing her hands behind her back. "You have to right to remain silent...."

"I don't understand it," Annabeth protested. "It makes no sense!"
"I don't get why you're upset they didn't kill you," Agent McLean comments.
"They are mutants or something! And they have powers! They could've killed me in an instant but they let themselves get caught!"
"No sign of the third one," Agent Castellan sighs. "And no sign of the money."
"He must have it then," Agent Valdez says simply.
"No ****," McLean rolls her eyes.
"Talk to them both. Let's see if they'll give him up," Brunner orders walking in. "Castellan take the girl, Chase the boy."

"Hi, I'm agent Chase," Annabeth greeted as she stepped into the interrogation room where the boy was sitting.
"Can I have my pen back?" He asked suddenly. "My dad gave me that pen."
"That's nice," Annabeth said sitting down. She pulled out a large file. "You got quite the file. But it's still missing a name. Mind telling me it?"
He shrugged. "Nah, but can I use the bathroom?"
"Later, Mr. No Name." He raised an eyebrow but Annabeth ignored him. "How about telling me where your third partner is and the money too while your at it?"
He shrugged. "Can't tell you that either."
"What can you tell me then?"
"Depends on the question you ask."
"Okay...How about telling me how you have those powers?"
"People will do anything for money," He responds causally. "Even if it means becoming some kind of test subject."
Annabeth blinked taken aback by his response. He seemed to smile a bit at her reaction. Regaining her composure she asked another question.
"Want to tell me who this person who needed test subjects was?"
"It's a very long story."
"We've got time."
"That's debatable."
Annabeth raised an eyebrow. "You know what? Fine. You don't want to give anything useful how about you tell me why you didn't kill me?"
"I'm not a killer."
"So-"
"Ah well I'm sorry we have to cut our time short."
"What?"
He leaned back in his chair just as two people appeared behind him before grabbing him and the three disappeared into a pool of back.

It was very late when they finally got back.
They were silent as they always were while they counted the money and matched each amount to the bill it was for.
What was left was placed in a pile where it was dived by three.
"$485," Thalia sighed pocketing her cash.
The other two felt the same. After the thousands they had stolen that was all that was left each for food and clothes.
Percy and Nico stood waving goodbye to Thalia and leaving. The two boys walked out of her building and they walked. Nico turned after some while heading a different direction to go home to his younger sister.
Percy kept walking until he reached his building. After climbing the stairs skipped his door and went to his neighbor and knocked. A few moments later Rachel opened the door. He nodded to her as Tyson ran out and grabbed Percy in a hug.
Percy ruffled the boy's hair and thanked his neighbor before letting himself in their small apartment.
"Percy?" Tyson asked. "Can we see mommy tomorrow?"
Percy nodded. "Sure Ty. Sure."

"Annie! Didn't think you'd come," Luke smiled from where he sat in the hospital bed.
Annabeth frowned. "Don't call me Annie. And I wouldn't have come if someone hadn't been stupid enough to get himself shot."
Luke rolled his eyes. "It just grazed my leg."
"Since you're not dying, I'll be going," Leo said from behind Annabeth in the doorway.
"Wow," Luke said. "Nice to know I'm loved."

"You're thinking about them again," Luke said suddenly.
Annbeth looked back at him. About an hour had passed since she had arrived but she had to admit she was thinking about the strange duo which had escaped them.
"It's been a month. Give it a rest. The case is cold."
"It doesn't have to be," Annabeyh argues. "If I could just-"
"You need to forget about them for now. Next time they'll be ours for sure."
Annabeth sighed knowing he was right. Glancing at her watch she frowned. "Gotta go, I'll see you Castellan."
Luke waved as she left heading into the hallway. Annabeth kept walking until a kid ran into her.
"Sorry Miss!" He said quickly. He was a small brunette about ten give or take.
"It's okay," she told him with a small smile. "Just don't run in the halls okay?"
"Okay! Um.. Miss?"
"Just call me Annabeth."
"Annabeth... I'm Tyson. And uh I um went to the bathroom and got lost. Percy told me to wait for him but I wanted to try to find the room by myself."
Annabeth nodded. "What room are you looking for?"
And that's how Annabeth ended up wandering with a small talkative ten year old. Finally they ended up at the right room just in time for a guy about her age to nearly walk into her.
"Thank god, where'd did you go Ty?" The guy asked bending down to pull the little boy in a quick hug. "I was so worried."
"Sorry Percy... I wanted to try to find by myself..." Tyson said. "But I got lost and Annabeth helped me!"
The guy- Percy looked up to Annabeth to thank her but his words died in his throat upon seeing her face. He watched her eyes widen before he looked back to Tyson. "Go sit next to mom okay?"
The little boy nodded and ran into the room. Percy stood up his green eyes seemingly unable decide which color they were. But Annabeth could tell he was nervous. The complete opposite of the way he looked when in her interrogation room.
"I'm all he has," Percy told her. "That money, it pays for my mom's hospital bills. She's been in a coma for years. If I don't pay they'll pull the plug."
Annabeth blinked. That is not what she had expected him to say. "The other two?" She asked.
"Similar stories," he responded. "We met in a waiting room. We use the money for bills of every sort. The rest we split. We don't end up with much in the end."
"Is that a confession?"
"Depends."
"It sounds like one."
"Then why aren't I in handcuffs?"
Annabeth paused before she patted her pockets. "Damnit. I must have left them at home. But, I'll tell you this. If you do anything out of line again. I will march right in this hospital room and wait with the SWAT team."
"I can't tell you for sure-"
He was cut off as her phone rang. "Chase."
"Annabeth!" Leo shouted. "We need you down at Central Bank now! Those freak are at it again!"
"Wait, who? The three with the powers?"
"Who else! The pale guy has a gun this time! And the girl is yelling at him. The last one is probably doing the dirty work!"
"Alright I'll be right there."
"I had no idea," Percy says quickly. "To my knowledge the next heist was in a week."
Annabeth frowned. "You have to come with me. I won't put you in cuffs. But you have to."
"My brother..."
"Bring him."

"Chase! You're finally here!" Valdez shouted as Annabeth pulled up. "And who's- woah hands up!" He shouted pointing his gun at Percy.
"Put it down Valdez."
"But- he..."
"I found him at the hospital."
"Yeah but-" Leo is cut off as burst of lighting comes from the sky striking the building.
"Damnit what are they doing," Percy hissed.
"Percy..."
"Get back in the car Tyson," Percy ordered to the small boy who slowly did as he was told.
"I can stop them," Percy told the agents.
Agent Brunner paused. "How do we know you're not part of this?"
"Because I was at the hospital visiting my mother. We weren't supposed to hit a place for a week. And we were going to go a couple towns over too."
"Can you stop them?"
"What do I get out of this?" Percy asked. "I help you and then what? I get arrested anyway? What about my brother?"
"If you succeed in helping us, we'll discus deals. Until then you're still a criminal," Annabeth told him. "Now go."
Percy nodded and took off headed for the building.

Percy sprinted inside and frowned when he saw what was going on. "What the hell Di Angelo!" He shouted spotting Thalia unconscious.
Nico whirled on him the gun raised. "I told you! I told you all of we didn't have it by yesterday they'd let her die! She dead! Because of you!"
Percy froze for a moment. "I didn't know." He said quietly. "The way you talked about her she sounded pretty cool. But this won't fix it. Put the gun down."
"Damnit! You don't understand!"
"But what about Hazel? If you go to jail she has no one. Not her big sister or brother. I say you run while you can. Grab her and head anywhere. Shooting me will do no good."
Nico frowned and slowly lowered the gun. And without a word he turned and ran straight toward a wall sinking into the shadows.

"You coming or not?"
"I was finally getting used to this cell," Percy replied sitting up.
"I worked out a deal," Annabeth told him. "You help us find him and you get of here. Sorry it took so long."
"Hey one week is better than the rest of my life. Regardless happy to be out of here, orange is so not my color."
Annabeth rolled her eyes.
"I think this is the beginning of a wonderful partnership."
"Yeah. Yeah. Well hurry it up if you want to pick your brother from child services before heading to the office. We've got a lot of of work to do."
