3. First meeting

Aditya's POV:

I went to the mall to buy a gift with Rohan(my another friend from collage time) there i saw a girl wearing my favourite coloured dress... i was looking towards her and walking.. she was little chubby yet very beautiful and her smile is mesmerising.. suddenly i was crossing her and she got stumbled and I don't know what happened to me i just held her and she was in my hands and her brown almond shaped eyes were telling something very deep... i immediately wanted to know what is that so deep is it any sort of pain?

Suddenly i remembered what am i doing and i asked her
"ARE YOU OK"
"HEY ARE YOU OK?"

but she didn't reply but her friend interrupted and she said she is ok thank you so much and i left from there again i don't know what happened to me i looked back and just smiled at her and to my knowledge she was also looking back at me..

we took the gift for Rishi and went to the party

AT NIGHT:

mom:adi you are back..

adi:yes mom.. but why are you still up? you should have slept.. you know i have the keys and if i didn't have staffs are there to open the door you shouldn't be awake... now go and sleep

mom:keep your ordering nature for your wife don't dare to use it again with me

adi:mom i am not getting married

mom:come here

I went and sat with mom while she was messaging my hair

mom:son, if you don't get married then how can i live a peaceful life.. you work like a robot day and night i can't see you like this.. think its as my last wish..

adi:but mom i have to take my company to heights i don't have that much time for all these things

mom:you will see when you will be married she would make your problems half.. a life partner is that person who will always be with you till the end of the eternity..

adi: ok mom i will think about it now you go and sleep.. good night
I said this because i knew she won't leave me before making me agree on what she wants

mom:good night son...

i took a quick shower and started working but then again i remembered those beautiful eyes her smile.. she was perfect girl that anyone would have dreamt about.. if again i get a chance to meet her i will surely talk to her..

with this i couldn't work anymore and drifted to sleep soon...

NEXT MORNING

As regular day i did my exercise and came for breakfast on time
adi:good morning everyone

mom: good morning beta

dad:good morning son.. come lets have breakfast

pari:good morning bro

adi:dad, yesterday you told me that you do have something important to talk.. what's that

SUDDENLY EVERYONE WERE LOOKING AT EACH OTHER

adi:what happened dad.. is everything ok.. tell me what is it..

dad:son we have got a marriage proposal for you.. your maasi(aunt) has sent it..

adi:but dad i have already told that i can't get married and i don't want to

mom: but yesterday you told that you will think about it

adi: yes mom i told that i will think about it but that doesn't mean you want me to see them.. you know how girls today are of these days they don't believe in arrange marriage mostly and this is a arrange marriage proposal

dad:son, your aunt knows the family very well from many years.. and she told us that the girl is very simple and sweet.. she is doing post graduation right now... we already like her.. we have seen the photo of her..

pari:yes bhabhi(sister-in-law) is too cute and beautiful

adi:i didn't say yes to marry her ( i said her sternly)

pari: but you will definitely say after seeing her

mom:stop teasing him

dad:her name is Namrata..

mom:we have kept her photo in your room have a look at it and tell us...( I nodded at her)

during the breakfast when mom-dad were telling me about that girl "Namrata" i don't know why i was wishing that it should be the same girl whom i met at the mall..

i entered my room and saw an envelope on the table.. yes her photo was lying there... i took the envelope and wished that may be if she is in the photo i would get a chance to know what is behind her eyes.. but i kept the envelope in the drawer and started working...

IN THE EVENING-

mom:son..

adi:yes mom

mom: did you look the photo of that girl?

adi:no mom.. i didn't i was working

mom: atleast give it a look and tell us about your answer so that we could make further discussion and fix the meeting

adi: Okay mom...

i went and took the envelope and started to look at the photos.. and i was literally shocked to see those mesmerising eyes again... yes so that's her name Namrata.. she was looking so beautiful in these pictures.. i couldn't take my eyes off from her pics... Her eyes, her smile, here cute little nose and yeah she wears specs too...
Her name would look so perfect with my name Mrs.Namrata Aditya Chakravarty..

during the dinner time i told my parents that yes i am ready to meet her.. and their happiness was literally on the could9th🤭
