"Gonna wear that dress you like, skin-tight. Do my hair up real nice, real nice and syncopate my skin to your heart beating," I sang happily in front of the very large crowd.
The two of us sang together the chorus and harmonized together. The crowd seemed to like the two of us singing. The most amazing part was hearing the crowd sing with us. They knew my song and sang it loud with us. It was so amazing to be part of it.
"Trust me, I, trust me, I, trust me, I," we sang as we stood at the end of the stage with our arms wrapped around each other. We both bowed, and she thanked me before I started walking off stage in the right direction.
I had a small amount of sweat on me, but it wasn't that bad. I was tired, but I could manage. And I was very thirsty, but Anna brought me water. She knows me so well.
"You were amazing," Shawn told me as he leaned in to give me a kiss. I smiled into it as we pulled away. I love this man so much, and I can't wait for us to get on a plane and go home.
The camera crew followed right along with us as we walked back to the dressing room where I can change into some casual clothes. I started feeling more off than usual. I was weary, hot, cold, and almost dizzy.
I pushed it to the side and took a pair of jeans, a black cropped tank top, and a flannel to change into. I was feeling festive earlier to put on cat ears, but all the motivation was gone. I just need to get onto that plane and cuddle up to my boyfriend that has been on tour for a while.
